It’s an ok place !
Good points are that it’s centrally located and rooms are clean ! Bad points , food is not great ! Rules are written everywhere- FORBIDDEN to do this Forbidden to do that , you go in the lift , rules are written, you get to your room Rules are written! We are on holiday just let us relax

Not good
Unfortunately we were very disappointed with this hotel! The subbeds are so uncomfortable pretty much unusable. Out fridge was so dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned 3 times! The TV also didn’t have any English channels, considering we’re paying for the use of a TV it would be nice to have a single English Channel. Would not visit here again. Staff were lovely though.

Not good enough for a 4 star very disappointed
Just back from the leonardo The good points. The staff very helpful the room on the 9 floor was very good and the breakfast was excellent. The bad points. The sun beds around the pool were absolutely terrible every person complained you would have been more comfortable lying on the ground and you don’t get the sun till about 11 o’clock The evening meal was atrocious many people had a look what was on offer and left I class this hotel as a 3 star I have travelled to the costa del sol for many years I would not go back to this hotel

Good hotel in excellent location
Rooms are spacious and clean. Towels are excellent quality and beds firm but comfortable. Bathroom a bit dated and water from shower didn’t drain very well (we were on floor 11). Staff are friendly and efficient. Restaurant is nicely set out and breakfast buffet excellent except for poor fruit juices. In the main the variety of food at dinner was good but one evening no fish and every evening, only cold soup available (considering the number of English guests there should be hot soup on offer!) A bottle of wine is very expensive, 5 euros more than at the Occidental, another 4* hotel. Additionally the restaurant is only open for 2 hours - other hotels offer a service for 2.5 hours to allow for differing preferences in dining times. Despite the few negatives we will be returning but Hope management take these comments on board.
