Laura from Aura Concierge made our stay truly special
We spent a week at ME Marbella in August and, overall, had a very enjoyable stay. The food was excellent, but the hotel’s greatest strength was undoubtedly its staff.
We would particularly like to recognise Laura from the Aura Concierge service. She was charming, attentive and extremely proactive, offering thoughtful suggestions tailored to our interests and helping us with restaurant and activity bookings. Laura anticipated our needs and genuinely helped us make the most of our time in Marbella. She represents exactly what five-star concierge service should be: professional, warm, resourceful and sincerely committed to her guests. She is a real asset to the hotel and thoroughly deserves special recognition.
María, who looked after us at breakfast, was also exceptional: warm, thoughtful, attentive and always smiling. Her service made breakfast one of the highlights of each day, and the food throughout the hotel was very good.
There were, however, several areas that should be improved in a five-star hotel. We noticed a smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, there was no electric vehicle charging point, the spa was undergoing building work, and we did not feel the hotel was particularly well equipped for children.
Despite these shortcomings, we came away with positive memories thanks above all to Laura and María. Professionals like them genuinely make the difference.

Great Hotel with Room for Improvement
The hotel is great, looks beautiful, and most importantly, feels very safe. My only comments are that the service is quite slow, and the housekeeping could be improved, as the rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Wonderful staff
I think mamen, hanadi, juanhi, lucia and patri - what a wonderful team. They went above and beyond to help us. Mamen was so lovely, fun and made every breakfast wonderful. All the facilities are incredible, and everyone goes above and beyond to help you. The atmosphere is gorgeous, very relaxed and peaceful
