Food terrible, cold. No cutlery on tables. Plates just left everywhere. Hotel is tired. Also you are far away from anything. It’s a token system to get a drink. And we were charged astranomical prices. And even charged different prices for the same drinks. Wouldn’t recommend at all and will never visit again. One good thing was the children’s entertainment. Everything else was rubbish and disappointing

Lovely veranda and reception,Ingrid was very helpful and professional,Francisco also quick and efficient We got the high room we requested check in was reasonably easy. Ou room was clean and a nice size bathroom was clean and well stocked. Pool area is basic and no use if you’re looking for a relaxing time as it is full of kids and half cut parents,we may have been unlucky!! Signs say no food ,drinks or inflatables in the pool area ,the lifeguard basically do not enforce this. The garden areas are much nicer if you want to relax. Restaurant is clean and functional the food is what you would expect from a buffet service,staff are responsive and hard working. The shuttle into town is a fantastic service and completely free which was very surprising

A great hotel, and a fabulous holiday.
On checking in, we were delighted to be informed that we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite. The check in was smooth and easy and no issues.
Our Suite was amazing, such a big room with a large bed, sitting area and a wraparound balcony. We were overlooking the main entertainment stage so figured it would be quite loud. It was, but we intended to watch the shows anyway, so could do that from the comfort of our own `Royal Box’ balcony as we nicknamed it 😊 It was immaculately clean, had a fridge and a safe. For a Junior Suite it would have been nice to have had a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities – but as we didn’t pay for it, I can’t complain! I know you can hire a kettle from reception if that’s important to you.
No issues with getting sunbeds – the pool doesn’t open until 10am, so you can’t get a sunbed around there until that time, but if early morning sun is your thing there are plenty of other beds in the gardens area. We often didn’t go by the pool until late morning or after lunch and never had any problems getting a space.
The pool area is a little tired, and feels quite crammed in with the sunbeds – it’s 1.8m deep and 1.3 at the shallowest – but it’s adequate and the water wasn’t too cold.
We were full board plus drinks, there was white/red/rose and sangria on draft, as well as Mahou and alcohol free lager. Branded soft drinks such as Coke, Fanta and Iced Tea were also on tap to help yourself.
Food was great – always lots of choices, not always to my taste and a few days I had things I wouldn’t have chosen if there’d been more options, but that’s down to personal choice. Everything I ate was really tasty. No proper sausages at breakfast would be my only `complaint’. There were theme nights on about four of five evenings.
It would have been better to have the food servery counters spread out across the dining room as there was a lot of queueing across the whole hot food counter when you might have only wanted a bit of salad for example. It wasn’t always easy to find a clean table in the dining room, many were still dirty from the previous diners and weren’t cleared away too quickly.
Better signposting around the hotel would be appreciated, it took us a while to find the nearest toilets to the pool for example, and didn’t realise there was a tennis court etc until the last day.
The only downside for us was the location. We enjoy walking, but found this a little too far out for our preferences. It was 1.5k to the beach and similar to the town centre, but it was on a busy underpass and a dual carriageway crossing.

All staff welcoming and friendly. Hotel clean throughout. Great location to get to places an their shuttle bus to get you to places. The cot provided for us was big aswell so my littil one enjoyed spreading out. Tho if you traveling with pram,buggy there is a bit off a incline to go up to the hotel and Spanish pavements ain't pram friendly with a tree on one pavement and bins blocking pavement on the other side. I know this isn't down to the hotel but still good to be aware off it.

Absolutely everything was perfect: service, location, rooms, value, cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.
