For example, take a look at the stunning pool and just imagine yourself there with a cool drink in hand watching the world go by as the palm trees flutter in the breeze...
Facilities here are excellent, from the tennis and badminton courts to the gym and indoor squash courts - there's certainly no excuse not to get active if you fancy a work out. For a more relaxing time, take a sauna or a leisurely stroll along the beach, or find a shady spot in the tropical gardens and have a snooze.
Apartments here are equipped with a kitchenette, and there is a supermarket on site too if you want to prepare simple meals in peace. If not, there's a restaurant and a cafe/pub where you can eat too.
All studio apartments benefit from a balcony and en suite facilities as well as home comforts such as satellite TV and telephone. One bedroom apartments are available at a supplement.

The Hotel is dated, bedroom fixtures are falling apart, bathroom had broken floor tiles and a rusty bath. We went all inclusive and struggled with the low quality food selection that was presented ! fruit that looked out of date, but was presented to you day in day out and little change to the menu throughout the week, we ate out a few days as couldn't face it. The pool snacks were also unappealing and always cold.
Bar / entertainment area was cramped and very hot as the air-conditioning didn't work.
Just to highlight the rooms don't have air-conditioning, the lift in the foyer is out of order and the food was barely edible at times.
We have just arrived back from a week long stay here and feel I need to write this review to give a positive view on this property. If you want 5* pay for a 5* experience. This hotel is a 3*. The rooms are big and spacious and exceptionally clean and comfortable with large balconies. The maids came in every day which is more than other properties we have stayed at. The pool and sunbathing area along with pool bar were great and you could get snacks such as burgers, hotdogs and chips throughout the day between 3-6pm. The only fault I have personally is there is not a lot of shaded areas or parasols for the size of the area or guests but this is just my personal opinion. The entertainment team are fantastic! iker goes above and beyond during the day to make your stay memorable. He encourages all the children to participate and get involved which we loved. I have seen less entertainment during the day at better rated hotels. We found the choice of food ok… there was always something to eat and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Again this is a 3* property if you want fancy dining options then I would go 4/5*. There were live singers in the bar in the evening and a good selection of drinks available. We did go out on a couple of occasions into Caleta De Fuste which is beautiful and would highly recommend, a taxi is 4/5 euros and can be booked with reception. The staff we came across were all helpful, friendly and all had a smile. After reading the reviews prior to us arriving I was a little apprehensive but at the same time we got an absolute bargain for school summer holidays and I can honestly say I was very pleasantly surprised and would definitely return.
Stayed at hotel Elba Lucia, not all it's hyped up to be. Bathroom crawling with ants, not very clean. Main bedroom curtains full of holes, no air con but were told we could hire a fan which made no difference at all. Daughter spent one night sleeping on balcony. The food choice and quality was not good. The hotel was situated well away from any tourist attractions and towns. Everywhere looks tired and outdated. Entertainment needs a good boost, only adults entertainment was half an hour of bingo the whole week. Such a shame as the staff were really nice.
I just wanted to share an honest review. After seeing previous posts mainly negative comments about the hotel, myself and my family had a lovely stay here. The room was clean and tidy, bit dated but so are a lot of other hotels. The food was as expected with an all inclusive but you could always make a meal out of something! My children loved the food and would go for seconds, granted by day 7 you’d kind of had enough of the samey food and craved a home cooked meal. The staff were always most polite, friendly and accommodating. The entertainment guy does the best he can for one person and the resources he has! The pool was kept clean, always bar snacks and plenty of choice when it came to the drinks at the bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and couldn’t fault the staff, the children spent hours a day in the pool and eating the toasties and pool snacks daily. You make the holiday what you want it to be. My only complaint is you’re in the middle of nowhere but that wasn’t any fault of the hotels, just I prefer to be near a beach, shops and restaurants and my partner likes a pool holiday! A massive thank you to the staff for making our holiday enjoyable, plenty of memories made!

Location isn't perfect. You're not close to the beach, but it's only a short drive or taxi ride away. If you stay here, I would recommend hiring a car. It was easy to drive around the island (one you get used the gears on the wrong side!) Also, it's very close to the airport, you see and hear a lot of aeroplanes, but it didnt interfere or spoil our stay.
Really friendly and helpful staff. The food is probably the best I've had at an all inclusive. Not the widest selection of food at any one time, but cooked beautifully and different each night.
I loved it here. I don't tend to stay in the same place twice, but would definitely recommend this hotel and could be tempted back sometime.
