There is a choice of three swimming pools in the outdoor complex - two family pools, and one just for kids - along with a pool bar and plenty of spots to sunbathe. Some more active facilities include; a multi-sports court, table tennis, a gym and even a mini golf course!
With lots going on around the hotel including; a kid's club, animation team and entertainment programme, there is no doubt that there is something for everyone. The rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to chill out, make some new friends or just to simply soak in sea and mountain views all whilst sipping on a beverage from the rooftop bar (weather permitted, from 11:00-17:00 hrs; self-service).

Nice hotel, shame about food choices
The first impression wasn't great however it's generally a nice hotel. Staff have been friendly and it's clean (although no cleaning Thursday and Sunday). The pools are nice but freezing cold til mid afternoon and there's generally no sun beds left by 8am unless you're lucky. The food let's the place down. While it's cooked well it's the same every day. Chicken on the bone, same salads, chips and rice. Kids have struggled to eat other than at breakfasts which is really good. We had 1 day with chicken nuggets and another with fish fingers and pizza but the variety is lacking and even the adults got bored of the food. Beds are hard but comfortable. Kids club was enjoyed but wasn't open the hours it said it was and the playground is small and the seesaw was dangerous. 10 minute walk to a sandy beach with payable sun beds

Amazing place to stay.
Me and my sister just spent the week here and what a amazing holiday, we had , there is not a bad thing i can say about the place, food was good, room was lovely, eveywhere was clean, the staff all work really hard. The roof top is amazing adults only !! Was so peaceful. Great location walking distance to shops, bars. The beach is also walking distance and the hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport. Would 100% go again. We went last minute so got a really good price definitely great value for the money. All the cocktails are included in the price. The rooftop has its own bar that you can help yourself to beers, wine, sangria and and soft drinks. Overall a lovely place to be.
Holiday
We’ve just got back from this hotel again, we go every year more or less the same time of year ‘ August ‘ my child absolutely loves this hotel & as do we, some may call me crazy for that but I see it as you get what you pay for it’s a 3* for a reason cheap & cheerful although many others don’t seem to think that way & expect far to much from a 3 star hotel, the food this year wasn’t as good as last year that was our only downfall but other than that our room & everything else was spot on as has been pervious years, the staff are amazing with us & my child & nothing is ever to much the entertainment this year wasn’t as good as last but that’s because there was only 2 last year there 4/5 entertainment staff hence why they could do more with more staff, but BUT I hope o spell there names right, ( evannah & franceso ) I hope that’s how you spell their names was absolutely lovely, my child loved kids club & the mini discos with evannah & Franceso was so cheeky polite happy smiley & just all round lovely, they tried there best & that’s all that matters in my eyes they gave my child a brilliant holiday yet again & even on the last day which was yesterday they was in reception speaking to us for hours which is lovely consdering normally they don’t have the time been so busy organising things for the children or been with the children, they was both amazing just as much as all the staff once again, the pool are clean the hotel rooms to us are just to sleep shower & change in as we don’t spend all day in our room. We know the CDF like Tue back of our hands visiting so many times in years, so we venture out a lot & do our own thing but regardless the cleaners & maintence men always make sure something g is fixed cleaned & sorted for you as soon as possible, cannot fault it in our eyes, thankyou for another great visit & holiday… we will see you again next year
Don't bother!
Were to begin...... btw, I rarely leave reviews for places, but I feel like this deserves one!
We were really looking forward to this holiday for my son's 6th birthday, but that was rudely ruined by horrible guests screaming and shouting in the pool area until gone 1am!!! (I complained and the staff did nothing) but apparently in the arrival book the hotel asks "we please ask you to make as little noise as possible after midnight" Oh and I forgot to mention that we had to move rooms after night 1 because we were in a room above the Bar Area. You want and early night's sleep here? No chance!!!
The food was appalling bad. We booked and "all inclusive" and spent more time and money eating out!!! As we weren't going to let this ruin our holiday!! They even burnt the rice and Chicken nuggets. The only saving grace is that they can cook Eggs and Sausages. Done even bother with the "snack bar"
The worst case is that we're still here!!!! I really can't wait to go home! I've stayed in hotels in Blackpool thats better than this!
Oh also, bring extra Euros cause you need to rent out a TV Remote for €10 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Last note, unless you're willing to get up stupidly early to get a chair for the pool side, I wouldn't bother.
Again. I'm trying my hardest to think of some positives, but there really isn't any. Oh that the airport isn't too far away.
Great stay despite mixed reviews
Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Chatur with my small family.
The room was tidy and everything we needed although the air con was basically non-existent.
The food was average at best but there was something for all of us whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. Small note was that there seemed to be a lack of clean, available cutlery at times, and some of the glasses provided were straight out of the dishwasher and hot which wasn't ideal when getting a nice cold drink with your meal.
The choice of drinks in all inclusive is what you'd expect, with a very friendly bar staff.
Entertainment wise, the daytime stuff in the pool area is fun, the evening stuff left a little to be desired though. As per every other hotel other pool area, you get selfish people reserving all of the sun loungers from very early, not a lot the staff at the hotel can do though.
The location is good, just a short walk to the beach but if you're looking for a decent beach we found it was worth the 25 minute walk down to La Guirra where the sand is natural and the water is clear and calm.
Also worth noting that the reception staff were exceptional, giving us good advice regarding the resort, arranging access to the courtesy room and luggage room without fuss and arranging a taxi for our transfer back home. Despite the official guidance that the all inclusive perks were removed at 12pm on the final day, we were able to make the most of them until we left at 4pm which made our final day there much more enjoyable and easy to navigate.
