Im here atm. Look the start off woth the staff are lovely , friendly and helpful, the official pictures of the place make it look like somethjng from Dallas or Knots Landing ( im showing my age now) if you can imagine it, 20 yrars older and not much done since by way of upkeep. Its manky! I said this morning id wash my hair over the bath and got the stinkiest smell of pee from thr shower curtain next to me... we are due to go to fuerteventura hotel today anyeay and i only stayed here so i could meet a friend for the day uesterday. The rooms are manky and run down and smelly and sweaty. The breakfast wasnt too bad. The reception and catering staff lovely people . The only thing nice about it is the weather.. im sitting here at a manky plastic table ..the sun in my face, the blue sky . Beautiful
what can i say ...honest review ..ignore photos of hotel on website..they are not what they seem. Dirty scruffy rooms that border on h and s standards . Miguel the manager is a joke. He spends his time removing towels from sunbeds well after 930am so you need one person to stop there to look after them whilst your family have their breakfast . This man should concentrate on how he can improve on his hotel . Evening entertainnent is a joke and none existent . All inclusive food is a joke . We ate out 6/7 days due to poor quality/variety.. but it was the rooms that did it ... dirty smelly no a/c and tv not working ..
Rooms are dated, food was awful no air conditioning and £460 went missing out of my bag, safe was broken only other people to go in the room was the cleaners once a week
Great location close to the beach and shops, restaurants ect. Lovely staff working there you can say they try make Great atmosphere . Rooms look old and need renovations but are good however air con is big minus house had only one fan but this do not help with hot weather. Like for money what I paid could be better. Cleanliness beach towel are not replacing if you want change you must pay at reception €2 other towels been change every day. Noise level So quiet at night. Food every morning same breakfast. Pasta what been left from lunch been served on dinner you can taste this texture that was not fresh cooked but reheated. Every day something different for dinner what was great everyone can find something for yourself To eat. Big minus for me that juices was only for breakfast and not available for lunch or diner. Lifeguard older Spanish man is the best lifeguard there! Your child is safe with him he really look after children to make sure they can swim and are in correct water size, all his shift he is make sure all Children are safe! Entertainment is nothing wow if you are looking something special for evening for children so this is nothing what they will remember for long time. I love the area however if I will be back To Caleta I will Choice different hotel just because of air con issues and with food could be a bit better.
Very very dated, smelly bathrooms, stains in bathtubs, unhelpful staff with complaints don't want to know, not enough sunbeds, dangerous stairs/bridge to upper sun deck....this list goes on. We have been to many hotels and is by far the worst I,ve ever had the misfortune to stay in.
