H10 Ocean Suites

We had 10 days at H10 Ocean Suites and had an amazing family holiday. Our two children (aged 6&7) loved every minute and it had everything we hoped for as a family holiday. The location is brilliant, 10min walk to waterpark, 2 mins and you are amongst the shops, bars and restaurants. Music square 15 min walk which we enjoyed doing on an evening. We can’t speak highly enough of the hotel. Two pools, one very chilled and more adults only and another with lots of activities going on and slides for the children. It got busy at times, but we always managed to get a lounger at some stage even if we went out exploring during the morning. Rooms are good, as with every hotel maybe not as amazing as the photos suggest but still everything we needed and very clean. We didn’t spend too much time in the room but it was still great for us. The food was really good at every meal, main restaurant with lots of selection each meal time for us. There’s also the pool bar which serves great snacks and lunches. We had food out a few times but that’s just because we like to get out and would have been happy to have the hotel food for every meal. Special mention to Muhammad in the dining room! Really lovely guy, brilliant with the children, remembered us each time, friendly. Just a nice personal touch. All inclusive is all inclusive. Cocktails, branded spirits and Estrella on tap. Sky bar on an evening was really good. The animation team did a great job each day, lots of activities going on but never in your face or pushy. Our children loved the pool parties (large inflatable) and the magic carpet activity. Some fun games for the adults to get involved in too from the comfort of the lounger. We will definitely look to come again in the future, Corralejo is a great place and we loved our stay the H10 Ocean Suites. Feel that other hotels will live up to it in terms of environment, location and friendliness of the staff. We even got a bottle of cava left in our room for a birthday whilst we were there! Great service, quality drinks and a touch of luxury

The hotel is in a very good location, in an area with plenty of things to do. It’s about a pleasant 10-minute walk to a beautiful beach. The hotel doesn’t have its own private parking, but we had no problem finding a free parking space on the street right in front of the hotel.

The hotel itself is not new, but it is very well maintained and clean. It is beautifully designed and has a really nice atmosphere. The pool area is attractive, especially for families, with a fun waterslide for children. Despite its age, the quality of the furnishings and overall design gives the hotel a real touch of luxury.

The staff are excellent – very friendly, helpful and professional. The level of service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

The drinks served at the bars are also very good quality, well prepared and enjoyable.

The food in the restaurant is very tasty and generally of good quality. The selection is perhaps not as huge as in some larger resorts, but there is still enough variety. One small downside was that on a few occasions we came across plates that had not been cleaned properly.

Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was my 5th holiday in Fuerteventura. I have just returned from a week-long stay at the H10 Ocean Suites hotel. I stayed in room 827 from August 3rd to 10th. I had my eye on this hotel since my stay in Fuerteventura last year, when I was staying at the Alua Suites hotel. I read various reviews about the H10 hotel and decided to check out for myself what it was really like. When I entered the H10 hotel, I immediately fell in love with its garden, low-rise buildings, and cleanliness, which is why I decided to choose the H10 hotel this year.

My highlights:

• 2 pools: one for families with children, featuring attractions and music; the second for those who enjoy peace and quiet, where you can relax with a favorite book.
• A spacious room divided into a sleeping and a living area.
• A fully equipped bathroom complete with toiletries.

The staff, from the reception to the waiters and housekeeping, is extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. The food was delicious and varied—everyone will find something they like or will come to enjoy 😊 A huge plus for bottled drinks with meals and a selection of wines, rather than post-mix dispenser drinks like in other hotels. The hotel is located right on the main street of Corralejo, close to everything. I rented a car for the entire stay, so every day between breakfast and lunch we spent time at Playa de El Bajo Amarillo. An extra plus for the large hotel parking lot. I would really have to be nitpicky to find fault with things; there's always something...

The only minor downside was that the chef was sometimes in too much of a hurry when frying chicken, leaving it raw on the inside. Whenever I saw that, I simply didn't take it. I understand the chefs, as they were cooking under time pressure at times.

I recommend H10 Ocean Suites to everyone—check it out for yourselves and don't read comments from people who complain about everything and everyone.
