This hotel is located in the heart of Corralejo, right next to the sea and the local beach. Guests will find restaurants, bars, nightspots, links to the public transport network and the sandy beach all within 10 m of the hotel. This well-known beach complex was fully renovated in 2008 and is ideal for the independent traveller. Facilities on offer to guests include an auditorium, a games room, conference facilities and Internet access. There is a car park and covered garage parking available for those arriving by car and guests wishing to explore the surrounding area on bicycle will find a cycle hire station at the hotel. The hotel features a heated swimming pool and a children's pool, where the whole family can enjoy a day of water fun. Guests can also relax with a massage or play a game of table tennis, go mountain biking or enjoy a game of billiards.

Great value for money, great location and spotlessly clean
Overall a great hotel. Location is perfect right in the middle of the resort. Not sure if a street view room would be a little noisy at night, we had a pool view which was lovely and quiet. Not sure if I’d say this is a 4star but certainly a brilliant 3 star hotel. Rooms a little dated, but spotlessly clean (with everything you could think of) as is the rest of the hotel. All areas were clean and well maintained. Pool is a bit cold (wish it was heated) but lots of decent sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff at the restaurant/pool bar are excellent - brilliant customer service especially from David. Staff on reception ok, we had an ok welcome and bonus was our room was ready a couple of hours early, but we had to raise an issue with the aircon a number of times and whilst this was eventually addressed it took about 6 complaints which were met with a rather blasé attitude. On checkout we weren’t asked whether we enjoyed our stay (we would have given positive feedback if we’d been asked). Would we stay here again? Absolutely 💯 good value for money and the best location

Fantastic time in a lovely hotel
Spent two weeks in this lovely hotel and didn’t want to leave. We had two premium pool view rooms, I had requested these to be as close and possible to each other and they managed to get us within 3 rooms of each other which was brilliant. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and well kept and the pool bar is surprisingly good for food and cheap for drinks. Our rooms were facing the pool so we had no issue with noise at night. The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of Corralejo, the harbour and old town are just 5/10 mins walk away and it is surrounded by very good restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back!
Great stay at LIVVO beach
Arrived at the hotel only to find our room booking hadnt been sent over by our tour operator but the hotel staff (namely Fran and Miguel) were great, getting us sorted quickly and without fuss. Room we were given was adequate enough in size, and had a lovely view of the pool. Our girls loved the generous kids pool and often had it to themselves as the pool area was never overwhelmingly busy and almost always a sunbed available (quite impressive given it was the school holidays) . Pool bar also reasonable for drinks (didnt try the food). Sampled breakfast one morning and the selection was hugely varied and kept in good supply. Location of the hotel is fantastic and was kept clean throughout. Would gladly stay again!
A good four star hotel
We visited on 11/7/26 to 18/7/26. We were impressed by the frontage and the size of the hotel. We found our stay very nice. The hotel reception manager was especially caring when my husband cut himself through no fault of the hotel. All the staff were extremely polite and good at their roles. Rooms cleaned and changed every day. Pool bar exceptionally good value. The girls were always smiling. The hotel is ideally situated for, shopping, bars and the beach. Right in the mix of it all. We had a tremendous holiday and hope to return very soon. Regards John and Clare
Location
We had a lovely stay at LIVVO Corralejo Beach. The biggest plus is the location – it's excellent, just a short walk to the beach, harbour, shops and restaurants, making it a perfect base for exploring Corralejo.
Our apartment was very clean and housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety each morning, and the snack bar served tasty food and drinks at reasonable prices. The pool area is pleasant with plenty of sunbeds and a relaxed atmosphere.
There were a few areas that could do with improvement. Our room overlooked the pool, which was nice, but the balcony was very small. We also had issues with the air conditioning during our stay, although staff did provide a fan which helped.
The hotel itself is a little dated in places, particularly around the pool. The pool liner was ripped in places and there were several loose tiles, which made it look tired and could benefit from refurbishment.
Overall, the fantastic location, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere outweighed the negatives. With a few updates, especially to the pool area, this hotel would be an even better place to stay.
