H10 Tindaya

We've just come back from a 4 night stay and only have good things to say about H10 Tindaya. From a smooth check in on a late arrival (9pm) to check out on day 5.

Reception staff were fab! Kind, chatty and very helpful. We were lucky to have Daniel assisting us mostly and he is a credit to your team at H10 knows how to make the guests feel welcome and at ease, we had a lovely chat with him on arrival and he got us a table for dinner which was appreciated after a long day travelling. Another very tall chap was also very helpful (sorry we didn't catch your name, but thank you also)

We paid to guarantee we had a room looking directly over the sea and that we did! Was beautiful waking up to stunning views and hearing the sea.

Our room, whole hotel, outdoor spaces all well kept, maintained and clean. No complaints. Really is a beautiful hotel.

Food was great, lots of choice at each meal times (we went all inclusive, we didn't upgrade to privilege but didn't need to) staff all polite and kind and they all work so hard. 1 lady working on the made to order omelette section at breakfast was fab and teaching everyone little bits of spanish. Freshly made smoothies were so good. Desserts were beautiful! Good coffee from the machine and a lovely coffee shop on site, Mikes, which is all included in the all inclusive, yummy frapichinos!

Beach bar serves burgers, fries, pizza and a selection of salad, chicken wings and donuts and pastries, they also do ice creams which were so nice! this is situated right near the pools so handy to get your drinks and food if your having some chilled pool time.

Good selection of drinks at this hotel and they are not shy with their measures!

Direct access to a beautiful sand beach, you can hire loungers which you pay the company whilst on the beach (it may be just cash I'm not sure) but 15 euros for the day for 2 loungers and a parasol which is pretty fair, less if you want 1 lounger. Or if you want to lay on your towel on the sand for a bit you can do that.

Nice walks if you want to walk up the beach right or left, we done both. Stunning beaches, beautiful clear water to swim in! Fuerteventura beaches round here do welcome you to go nude if you choose to so don't be alarmed if you see a fair amount of naked people.

The cleaning team are great and very polite, they also work very hard and appear to be happy and smiley.

Photography opportunities located near the main restaurant where you can have a photo shoot done, this isn't chargeable and you're not obliged to purchase the photos but for around 11 euros each or package deals if you want to purchase many its a great opportunity to get some professional photos and special memories captured by the pool, on the beach and hotel grounds. We were so lucky to have Alex do our shoot and he was amazing! Really lovely, kind and helpful chap, very personable and it was lovely talking to him.

2 little shops in the hotel, lovely gifts, fair pricing. They also sell sunglasses, sun cream and other essentials.

Entertainment bar has different shows on each night. This area could be bigger but if you get there a bit earlier you should get a seat. We watched some great Spanish dancing 1 night, they do Kareoke, singers. Something for everyone.

There is a spa onsite we didn't have the time to use it whilst there but if you've upgraded to privilege this is included or if not at 10 euros a day you can use the facilities and book a nice treatment/massage for additional costs.

Check out time on departure day is 12pm the all inclusive does stop on checkout but if your transfer isn't until later like ours you can pay 10 euros per person to continue the all inclusive to 6pm which is definitely worth it. The hotel provide you the use of showers after check out also, so you can still go to the beach, pool or a safari buggy trip like we did knowing you can have a nice shower before you leave, storage for your cases also which again is most helpful.

Overall we couldn't be happier with our experience at H10 Tindaya, would 10000 per cent return and will recommend to our friends and family.

Ok so here it is H10 , we arrived on the 23 rd of September and checked out 1st of October. We travelled as a group my dad and sister on a separate booking.Hotel in beautiful looking, just note we where told there was no guest parking so bare that in mind but there is plenty of public parking around. On check in welcome was warm and friendly, on entering the room 506 it was rather filthy walls thick with dust hair in bath out toddler was crawling in the room whilst we just got settled and he was black with dirt the floor was so dirty . There was dust mites everywhere around the bed and you could smell a musty stake dusty smell I complained first thing next morning bar it was 11 pm at night and with two children and travelling all day we where exhausted. Our complaint was met appropriately the room wasn't fully cleaned to a standard I was expecting walls still dusty and bath still dirty I ended up cleaning bath myself. I let it go and just made sure room was at least mopped every day. Staff where nice , some staff need to learn manners at route 66 cutlery literally thrown at us plus food at route 66 is exactly the same as buffet and pool bar not worth it at all. Buffet was grand plenty to Choose from you won't go hungry but I've been to the H10 Lanzarote gardens in Costa teguise and theirs was at much higher standard and not as repetitive. Mike's coffee amazing, bar staff mini disco amazing, animation team Amazing and a male maitre D at buffet didn't catch his name amazing but went out of his way to get milk for our baby with my husband. I think cleanliness and food standards could be a little better on food side and much better room cleaning side but we still enjoyed my daughter can't wait to return I myself and our family also would return this is just keynotes on what needs to be improved. I'm a fan of the H10 so I would recommend my husband said a 3.9 out of 5 I said a 4 out of five . Also guys there's no sewage smell in rooms like I've read there is an odd whiff every now and again but I mean the heat on the island and everything so it's normal cockroaches are present around the grounds but then again look at the natural environment.
