This family-friendly apartment complex is situated in the lovely fishing village of Morro Jable on the south coast of the popular holiday island of Fuerteventura. It features a pool, children's pool, snack bar, lobby bar and restaurant. The wonderful sandy beach is just a few minutes away; the harbour where there are ferry connections to the neighbouring island of Tenerife can be reached within a short stroll.

Quiet hotel in good location
Location is close to beach and easy walk of shops and bars. The hotel was lovely, our room was spacious, decorated well and comfortable, only ceiling fans in rooms (no air con). They didn’t tell us on arrival you have to leave a 10 euro deposit for the fan remotes. Atmosphere was very chilled and quiet. Food range limited in restaurant. There is only one bar and that is situated near the pool outside, and very limited under cover seating so if it rains and you’ve not got a table then it’s an evening in the room. Very disappointed as expecting evening entertainment and was told it was only twice a week and we didn’t see any. There is a market right next door on a Thursday which was a good.

Not a good experience
Unfortunately I didn’t have a very good experience of this hotel.
The rooms were clean spacious but no air conditioning. It had ceiling fans but these required the light to be on to use so having them on whilst sleeping wasn’t an option.
The staff were not very welcoming or friendly. I’ve been to Fuerteventura many times and this was the first stay where I did not feel welcome.
The food was terrible. There were very few options and it did not taste good at all. One morning a RAT ran across the dining room, from the kitchen area. I was horrified! I have never witnessed this in any hotel I have stayed at previously and I’ve travelled the world. When I spoke to a he chap on reception he was not apologetic in the least and responded with a poor uncaring attitude. I his was the final straw for me. They should have apologised and taken this more seriously. They just did not care. It made me wonder what the kitchen area looked like behind those closed doors in terms of hygiene.
It felt as though the staff couldn’t be bothered and the guests were a pain to them; with exception of the African women who were always very friendly, saying good morning and smiling.
I left and moved to another hotel before the end of my stay. I work hard and holidays are important to me. There are many beautiful hotels surrounding this one which are much better.
I would not return to this hotel. Very poor experience.

Great Holidays, great rooms, great location! We really appreciated the hospitality. We also meet Rami and he made a nice cartoon of us.
