Jandia - Fuerteventura.
Food/Drink - exceptional in all restaurants, premium drinks largely included in the all inclusive package. The best all inclusive package we have had 5/5. Staff - excellent, friendly and helpful 5/5. Facilities - lots to do, you don’t really need to leave the hotel and the beach is easily accessible 5/5. Cleanliness - staff are always at it 5/5. Atmosphere - fairly quiet and relaxing 5/5. Rooms - this was the only let down for us and if you want to be a true 5 star the rooms need to be slightly better, too many things didn’t work like sockets etc. the attention to detail not quite there. Some good aspects though, speakers and Bluetooth in the room are a good touch along with the coffee machine 4/5. A great hotel and chain which we will definitely use again.

Wonderful stay!
Had a wonderful time. Great hotel, friendly helpful staff and the food was amazing. Teppanyaki restaurant was a particular highlight.

5* hotel in Fuerteventura
From the welcome when we arrived to the departure, staff were friendly and helpful. We had a sea view room which never got boring, food was amazing and being a vegetarian is always problematic if I go abroad - this wasn’t, there was something for everyone. We paid more for the Star Prestige which meant a quieter pool, sea view room, specific areas for snacks and drinks, separate dining area too. Evenings were highly entertaining and sometimes for the wrong reasons. Again, staff were helpful and friendly, including Aliou. There was nothing I could think of that i’d change. Definitely booking to come here again. It was all inclusive and really was the case. Sad to be leaving 😞

Absolutely gorgeous holiday
This hotel is just stunning. From the moment you arrive you are blown away. We stayed as star prestige guests and had a room with sea view which was also gorgeous, bed comfy, towels changed as often as needed, mini bar restocked daily( beer,prosecco, red wine, soft drinks and milk) nespresso machine and kettle in room. Turn down service was also a nice touch. The food at this hotel is just AMAZING honestly have never had such delicious fresh food. Great variation and several cooking stations within the buffet. We also visited the on site teppangyaki visit which was also delicious and a fun experience- make sure to book! The star prestige pool area is lovely which great sunbeds, loungers and day beds and also access to food and drinks self service from 10am - 8pm. Access to the beautiful sandy beach is easy from the hotel with steps or slope giving easy accessibility for all. The beach itself is just gorgeous you can hire a sunbed at a cost of €6 as is a public beach. Fab evening entertainment and a good variety or singers, dj set, harpist and dancers which we really enjoyed and evening table service which was well organised and efficient. The staff at this hotel are fantastic and a true credit. Everything is spotless. We visited the spa as was included within our stay and I had an amazing massage too. So blown away that we are now looking into other iberostar options and wouldn't hesitate to return.
The only things that I would like to see would be a manned bar at the star prestige area and some inclusivity with daytime activities as some days we probably would have joined in. Another guest also said at another branch the prestige had music or live singer again which would have been a nice touch.
This hotel is definitely set up with young adults, couples, teen families which for us was exactly what we wanted.
