Peaceful, relaxing and can’t wait to return
Another lovely stay, peaceful and relaxing. Rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds Restaurant staff are very friendly and there is always a great selection of dishes to choose from with show cooking during lunch and dinner. Bar verde is relaxing with a fantastic range of drinks and cocktails Lovely views and walks along the coast with plenty of shops and cafes near by. A special mention to Marianna guest experience manager who always goes above and beyond to accommodate you. Also Johnathan, Jaui, John and Jose for always having a smile and keeping us hydrated and our lovely cleaner Madaleana you are all assets to the hotel team
Royal level side adult only
Hotel has been much improved especially round the pool area but still problem with WiFi connection in rooms which could be improved but access in main reception is good all staff are really friendly and rooms are cleaned to a high standard would recommend this hotel if you want a praceful and restful holiday

Enjoyable stay
it was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is on a steep hill and access to the beach is not very Accessibleand a walk away. The hotel itself was lovely. The ROYAL level is exceptional and the service is just wonderful. Food availability and variety was impressive though some of the Food on the hot plate was not very warm. This was mentioned and was corrected. Outside of the complex, not much happening with only a few shops in walking distance. I was stays what we wanted, rest and relaxation in a nice environment with nice food.
