Fantastic couple of days staying in Occidental hotel staff were great happy,smiling, polite, Helpfull,the people in las palmas were friendly, and polite, met quite a few nice people, had a nice walk to town centre, nice day,beaches were beautifully, and the outside swimming baths were fantastic,
Holiday - 5 days
Going to breakfast with young children by 10am is not easy and take away facility was available first 2 mornings but then we were told it wasn't allowed. Extremely disappointed as this is a service I paid for. So if the children were not up I had to pay extra to feed them somewhere else. Not considerate - I wouldn't take advantage of the situation or waste the food. So not happy!
Excellent Occidental Las Palmas
Stayed for a couple of nights as a break away from the so called spring weather. Bedroom modern and clean.Excellent service from attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend .
Good stay druing intense work
Stairs are a bit worn in corridor and room floor some places a bit old, a bit annoing that water during shower goes out from shower cabin but in general, it is nice hotel

Highly recommended
I spent a week at the occidental Las Palmas on a business trip and the staff were fantastic. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good each day. A special mention goes to receptionist Laura Afonso who answered all our questions, gave great advice and was super efficient in everything she did.
