This bungalow complex enjoys a stunning setting on Maspalomas Beach. The complex is located within easy access of the main attractions that the area has to offer, as well as an abundance of shopping opportunities, dining options and entertainment venues. Guests are welcomed by an air of peace and serenity. The bungalows are beautifully appointed, offering a relaxing home away from home in which to escape the rest of the world. The bungalows are well equipped with modern amenities, for added comfort and convenience. Guests are invited to enjoy the host of facilities and services that the complex has to offer. Guests of all ages will enjoy the entertainment programme that the hotel provides.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

We had so much fun! The entertainment crew is so nice and they made our vacation a week of fun for the afulta and the children. We will come back a third time 😁
Hotel wasn't very good food varied nothing to do or eat for children mostly French people staff only cater for them Entertainment team was very nice especially Cynthia was 5*
I have mixed raced children and everyone one seemed to stare at them and me mostly white people only hotel and all old
No water bottles in room, despite being an all-inclusive hotel. Hotel is mainly focused on French tourists. At last the food and presentation could improve
Animation Alicia y cintia stars
Once we got there it was lovely (Jet2 transfer soured it somewhat by taking an hour to drop us). As others have said it is not particularly focussed on Brits, most of the other guests were German, French and Italian. Not that that prevented us enjoying our time there.
If you go, there is no kettle provided if you want your own tea or coffee, no water is provided (never experienced that in The Canaries in 29 years of visiting the islands). If you arrive late and manage to secure a kettle (they will rent you one for 4 euro a day) there's no access to milk for your tea or coffee. My wife doesn't like machine coffee (hence my gripe about that situation).
Cleanliness, practically spotless unless you know what to look for and it is cleaned daily.
The biggest "ick" is the food. Not the quality, quantity or variety. It is the temperature. Unless you get chef's special which is done in front of you, it is tepid and no heated plates are available, so tepid food on a room temperature plate. The quality of cooking and choice with the different themed days was beyond reproach.
If you are a smoker you can get an ashtray at reception, but you are limited as to where you can smoke. I am and didn't have a problem as we are not poolside dwellers.
Recycling facilities are excellent, though some of the bins along the footpaths should have been emptied more regularly (1 took 4 days to be emptied).
The shuttle bus to the beach is great, we used it a few times.
The little shop next door is quite good, some imported bits are expensive as are their tobacco prices.
The reception, restaurant and cleaning staff are to be commended for their dedication to duty and customer care.
Would we stay again? Probably, especially if the food issues are resolved and there is water provided on arrival.
