The hotel's on-site Spa is sure to provide full relaxation during your stay, with an abundance of treatments available. Being spoilt for choice seems to be a regular occurrence here, with a variety of restaurants and bars to dine at, including a snack bar beside the pool, which offer delicious cuisine.

Exceptional service and food
Fabulous hotel , great rooms and wow wow wow amazing food. The exceptional hospitality of this hotel was second to none. We had the most amazing experience and the staff were fantastic. Very friendly.
Fantastic relaxing hotel with amazing à la carte fine dining
Just had a very enjoyable four night stay at this wonderful hotel, my first time here, though definitely won’t be my last. Service from everyone was fantastic, friendly and professional. Would especially like to mention Cora on reception who checked me in and then facilitated a room change on my second day and even arranged for all my possessions to be moved for me. I would highly recommend upgrading to Privilege all-inclusive, benefits include a private infinity pool and chill out lounge with complimentary free-serve bar, a second lounge next to the disco. Main advantage though is the dining; 4 à la carte restaurants for dinner, breakfast in Gaudi and lunch at Naturalia (the garlic prawns are a must have!). Dining at all was of the highest quality and really made for the best experience. Teppanyaki at Sakura on the last night was very entertaining, food was excellent and a great experience. Hotel has beautiful grounds and wonderful design. Room was very nice, clean and well appointed, about half a dizen usb charging points, well stocked and daily refreshed min fridge, nice Rituals products and daily turn down service with a couple of Lindt chocolates. Plenty of pools and lots of lounging areas, including Bali beds. Is on the edge of the resort, though is a very nice 15/20 minute stroll along the very nice and well maintained promenade to the bars and shops at Meloneras and the lighthouse. Just a few minutes past there is a lively sandy beach and the dunes which are worth a visit.

Miles of Smiles
My wife and I have travelled around the world over many years but we love to return to H10 Meloneras . Great value for money, Location 15 minute walk along superb promenade into Maspalomas and a 7/10 min taxi ride away from 2 lovely golf courses. Rooms great choice for all, Staff so well trained could not be more helpful. Food excellent with 4 a’la carte restaurants and a great buffet to choice, you will not go hungry . This hotel is definitely a 5🌟 rated we have returned many times and will continue to do so.
Top Class in Every Way!
Another great stay at the H10 Meloneras Palace, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
Since I arrived, everything has been exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and maintained to the highest standard. The atmosphere throughout is calm, welcoming, and relaxing.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible staff. Every member of the team I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had the best possible experience.
A special word of thanks must go to the staff in the main restaurant. The chefs, waiters, waitresses, supervisors, and managers work tirelessly from morning until night. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, but what impressed us most was the warmth, efficiency, and kindness shown by everyone despite how incredibly busy they were. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every guest was made to feel valued. As a solo traveller, I believe they made a special effort to make me feel at home.
The housekeeping team also deserves enormous credit. My room was beautifully presented every day, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was second to none.
It is easy to admire the beautiful surroundings, but it is the people who make this hotel truly special. Their hard work, professionalism, and genuine hospitality create an experience that guests will remember long after they return home.
Thank you to everyone at H10 Meloneras Palace for making my holiday so memorable. I will leave with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return again in the future 🩷

Poor Bar service
We have just got home from this hotel, 5 star hotel. Fantastic place, however, the bar service is very very poor. Lack of staff, no at table service at either pool bar. The bar at the entertainment part of of the hotel is also shocking for service. At all the bars, the queuing was horrendous. It really needs sorting out. This doesn’t happen at the Costa Meloneras.
