Great location and hotel
Great hotel in a really good location, just a short walk from the harbour, where you’ll find some lovely restaurants and great places to enjoy a drink. Alongside shops.
The hotel pool, reception and public areas are all great. The rooms are a little dated in terms of the furniture, but they’re clean, comfortable and more than adequate. Family room consisted of two separate rooms, plenty of space for 4. The rooms were cleaned well most of the time, and a minor issue we raised was resolved within a couple of days.
The gardens, bar and reception area are particular highlights and really add to the overall feel of the hotel.
The main downside was the queues at dinner. The different food stations felt a little haphazard and the layout didn’t flow particularly well, meaning you could find yourself queuing more than once for main food and then again for the sides. That said, the food was fresh and there was a good enough variety.
Breakfast was good, with the usual hotel breakfast selection and everything you’d expect.
Hiper dino supermarket opposite is a real bonus to stock up on supplies, water etc.
Pool towels available to swap daily. Charge for safe unnecessary but reasonable. Staff generally friendly. One pool is mostly adult only and then inflatables permitted in the other pool mostly used by families.
Entertainment was ok, not of a high standard but fine if staying put rather than heading to the harbour.
Overall, a really good hotel in a great location. Puerto De Mogan is lovely. Would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again

The perfect holiday
Exceptional!! My 10th visit to Cordial. This hotel ticks all the boxes for the perfect holiday. Location, hygiene, rooms, amenities, food, etc are all excellent. The standard is well above the 4 stars. The staff and management here are amazing. It feels like family. They are so friendly and welcoming but also professional and efficient. They miss nothing. They pick up on every little detail to make your stay just perfect. Valeria,( manager ) is such a lovely lady, giving her guests her personal attention throughout the holiday. The spa is so relaxing and offers a full range of treatments. Highly recommend the Hungarian massage. I will be back again as soon as possible. My kids are grown up now and are going back with their partners. It’s the perfect holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Cordial Mogán Playa! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with fantastic facilities, lovely gardens, great food, and excellent service. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organised, making our holiday truly relaxing and enjoyable.
A special mention to the animation team, who were fantastic! They were friendly, energetic, and always smiling. They did a brilliant job keeping both adults and children entertained with a great variety of activities and shows. Their enthusiasm really added to the atmosphere and made our stay even more memorable.
Overall, a fantastic hotel with amazing staff. We would definitely recommend Cordial Mogán Playa and hope to come back again! ❤️🌴☀️
Amazing family holiday
Amazing family holiday – unforgettable experience We have been here for two weeks and we absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful, spacious and surrounded by so many trees, plants and flowers, which makes the whole place feel truly magical. 🌿🌺 The service has been exceptional, and both the food and the overall atmosphere have been fantastic. But a special mention absolutely has to go to the animation team! They were amazing with our daughter Alexa. They organized so many fun activities for the children throughout the day, and she had the best time. She enjoyed herself so much that she never wanted to leave the animation area! ❤️ The whole team was amazing, so friendly, energetic and welcoming. They made our holiday even more special and gave us so many unforgettable memories. We have had an absolutely wonderful time and will leave with beautiful memories of this place. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially the animation team, for making our holiday so memorable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent as usual, highly recommend
We have just had our third visit to this hotel, just seems to get better every time. Hotel is spotlessly clean and all staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, this year we had a view at the back but still nice. Love the gardens and water features, particularly enjoy a stroll through the hotel into the town of an evening. Particular mention to Gabriel the lifeguard at the activity pool, so friendly and fun with all the children while consistently checking the pool. Victor on reception who helped our daughter fix a new toy. Highly recommend and I’m sure we will be back next year.
