This amazingly hotel is situated on a central location on the famous Playa del Inglés, in the southern part of Gran Canaria. The airport is conveniently just about 2 km car ride away from the complex. The hotel offers rooms that come equipped with cosy beds and all the necessary amenities they need to have the best experience. For travellers comfort, the rooms are decorated to make them feel welcomed and comfortable. Diving into the pool, sunbathing, relaxing under the shadow of an umbrella or going to the beach are just a few things guests will have the pleasure to experience. Visitors can have a delicious meal or spend a lovely evening in the bar. If visitors prefer to explore the surroundings, there are restaurants where to go to taste different flavours or have a nice meal.

Just back from the catrina spent a week with my daughter to just chill out, room was very nice spaceus clean (431) overlooking restaurant, staff very welcoming on reception, had a bad couple of nights because someone set of fire alarm at 5.55am and went on for a few hours then again at 1.20pm the following night someone put the window out at 1.45am think we had a loon on out floor !!! Food was ok but very repetitive lots of pasta pizza fish not a lot of meat to choose from, pool snack bar was good hot dogs beefburgers plenty of cakes fruit and good drinks to choose from. €10 deposit for pool towels and €2 a day for the safe.
Not 4 star hotel
First impressions, wow, hotel lobby is very good. Air con non existent as extremely poor. Do not pay extra for premium drinks as you do not get them (every night they had run out of premium drinks by 9pm). Certainly not a four star hotel as our bathroom had missing tiles on the floor and missing sealant, mould around the shower cubicle. One guest was very annoying to a member of female bar staff to the point that we complained to management. This guest would not allow her to carry out her job as he was extremely drunk and kept asking her to marry him. His shorts kept falling down to expose himself, he eventually falling asleep in his chair. We were told by management that he was “a lovely guy”. Their attitude was appalling as they allowed this guest to continue his obnoxious behaviour.
Book a private pool room
Came away with my mum and sister for a little girls holiday and could not have loved it more ❤️. We booked a room with a private pool and it was not only spotless but absolutely gorgeous. The food has been varied and amazing every time and the drinks are perfect. Our first time in Gran Canaria and we've loved it! We stayed in room 103
Will be back great experience
Hotel has a great location 5 mins ftom cita and 20 mins to beach. Hotel spotless all the time staff always going around to make sure all visitors are having a great time. From the moment I arrived reception staff were so helpful and pleasant explaining how thongs worked and kept hold of my case do I could get some food. Room 507 looked over towards the dunes and was quiet. Spacious and comfortable. Evening entertainment great and I felt very comfortable there alone. Definitely recommend and hopefully be back

Busy hotel & Would not return !!
Hotel in need of improvements some areas looking tired - food is to be expected buffet-lots of salads -chips -ect. Could do with more choice of meat - and sweet ie more cakes and more fruit varieties- entertainment is poor same team miming to backing tracks could do with some live music - We upgraded to a swim up pool on arrival which was lovely - robes slippers complimentary beach bag and mini bar - Nespresso coffee machine which was very nice but be warned you only get 4 pods - you have to buy extras from the hotel but cheaper in the local super market -hotel receptionist told me 3 days running that it would be restocked but it wasn’t so after asking a fourth receptionist who informed me apparently they are too expensive to replace everyday !! Why advertise it if it’s too expensive for them to restock !!! also mini bar is only 2 -beers -2 water -2 coke - 2 Fanta no spirts or wine you have to buy again !! but absolutely free if you walk to the bar to get !! For a superior room at extra cost you would think that if they offer a coffee machine it should be stocked up every day and the mini bar was only stocked after 4 days of me asking which again is advertised at stocked daily !! Also you gave to pay for the in room safe - And don’t upgrade to the drinks package as completely waste of money - most cocktails are machine made and some are chargeable !! Like most inclusive hotels they charge for a lot of things including kids ice creams / lollies !! House keeping staff / and waiting & bar staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful-Receptionists need more training and absolutely need to be trained and informed what’s included!! And lots of stairs - lifts don’t go to pool rooms so you have to carry your cases up and down stairs which is tough !! Would not return as I’ve stayed at better 4 star hotels !! Shame as area is lovely !
