2nd time staying with this hotel, first time it was beautiful and had the wow factor, but second time was a let down, months before travelling I requested a certain room and late check out which I was offered prices and told would be subject to availability, when arriving I was put in a room that was a let down, on day 3 we finally moved to a room that was acceptable, however this is were issues started, the shower tray dipped in every time you stood in it, our room was not clean every day, and the issues with the shower was awful, brown discoloured water would come from the shower and you had to run it at least a minute or two before it going clear, so he beds are two single beds pushed together, not ideal for a married couple, whilst some staff were lovely and friendly a special thanks to the life guard and ainhoa the rest of the staff were moody and had an attitude issue, the day before I checked out I asked about a late check out and got told to ask in the morning, the morning of check out when I called reception before even finishing I got told a simple no! Whilst I no demand is high I found this abrupt and rude, also on the day of check out I got constantly called from reception from 11.30 to remind me check out was at 12, when checking out I was mentioning the issues we faced, a women on reception called silva was extremely rude and constantly over spoke me and told me I should of mentioned it, I’m sorry but after moving room I felt like I did not want to say anything, and silva had no remorse; during our stay they replaced the hot tub, this was meant to be just a one day out of service but took longer than a day, whilst ainhoa and the hotel manager are amazing the rest of the staff let this amazing hotel down, this put a damper on our holiday and on check out I was extremely upset but silva, however thank you for making my husband birthday special, still a beautiful hotel that needs alittle love but staff are a letdown now, no compensation offered any any of the troubles we faced and I wanted to book for next year, a diamond in the rough but you have to take the good with the bad now

Great location. Great selection at breakfast. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good pool areas. Comfy loungers and plentiful umbrellas. Good atmosphere with mixture of chilled and upbeat vibes. Entertainment most afternoons eg singer, DJ. Quick at solving any issues (shower water pressure attended to and resolved within 15 mins of reporting). Spacious and pretty rooms. No issues at all, 100% recommend.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location in Maspalomas is simply unbeatable—convenient, beautiful, and ideally situated. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how extremely clean and well-maintained everything was. The entire property is kept in immaculate condition. The staff members deserve a special mention: they are exceptionally polite, warm, and highly professional, always ready to help with a smile. If you are looking for a truly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, this is the place to be. On top of that, the swimming pools are absolutely fantastic—perfect for spending long, relaxing days soaking up the sun. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gran Canaria!
