Lovely hotel
Hotel was lovely staff were excellent
My only issue was food the theme nights were not relayed to guests and the food my most evenings was the same as the previous night the bar by the pool was very limited personally I would of liked a burger
Even saying the above I would recommend this hotel
It's not bad but progress needed
We went last week of September for 4 days 5 nights. Rooms were big and clean, needs updating though. Some peeling plaster, tired paintwork. Balcony is spotless however. Location is good, quiet and not as busy as other areas. Personally I wouldn't return, staff weren't welcoming, food was limited and as a vegetarian 2 nights the options were poor. All inclusive is a con, every other AI we have done, drinks are made for you, and with decent measures. This was all a self serve bar, unless you pay for AI plus 🙄. Extra charges for 'superior sunbeds'. Pool was nice, but looking tired and aged. Weather was amazing, and private transfer were spot on. Other guests so polite and welcoming, I was promised a welcome for my husband due to a big birthday but nothing which was a shame. We enjoyed the little break and would go back to Gran canaria but not this hotel.
Relaxing
Know the area well great location. Good value for money. Room was cleaned daily spacious and we had a huge balcony. Good choice of food in the restaurant. Not a large choice at the snack bar , be good if this could have more variety. All inclusive standard drinks were good quality not sure I would have had more for all inclusive premium

What a lovely hotel, friendly staff throughout the place. Clean and tidy. Food was absolutely fine, ate out 4 times just for a change. Clean pool/bar areas. Room was very clean. Night time entertainment was hit and miss but plenty about outside the hotel. Exterior works being carried out while we were there but had no effect on the holiday at all. We had an issue with the safe, hotel maintenance was there within 30 minutes and all sorted. Taxis are very reasonable to use. Great relaxing holiday and great hotel and more importantly flat area to walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. No one was out to rip you off. A mix of people and age ranges at the time of our stay. Not too noisy in the early hours. Would recommend taking a look at staying here.

Fantastic holiday
We had a superb stay at the Canaria Princess! The rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The all-inclusive package was worth every penny. There was a fantastic choice of dishes throughout the day, with plenty of variety so it never felt repetitive. The snacks and drinks available throughout the day were also a lovely touch. My husband celebrated his 60th birthday during our stay, and the hotel manageress very kindly provided a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate. This was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. The location is also excellent. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, with frequent and inexpensive buses making it easy to explore the island without the need for expensive car hire. It’s a pleasant 15-minute walk down to the beach and shopping centre, and a taxi back to the hotel was only €3.85. Overall, we couldn’t fault our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
