A very pleasant stay at the Abora Buenaventura
I have been going to the Abora Buenaventura for a number of years now and always had a very pleasant stay. The rooms, staff,and food are have always been very nice that's why my friends and I always keep going back. Will be going back on the 19th of November for another pleasant stay 🙂

Caca In Piscina
Hotel is in a great location. The rooms are spacious and well maintained - worthy to call these 4 stars. The staff are very friendly and nothing feels like too much trouble. Breakfast and dinner quality was excellent - the chefs deserve praise for their efforts. So, in summary, I can't really fault anything about this hotel. However, I was not expecting to see so many babies at the time we stayed. There was a lot of tears and tantrums in the dining area and pool. Also, the adult pool had to be closed several times because of "caca in the piscina" So if you are a couple, you might want to be clever about the timing of your stay to avoid the hassle.

Disgusting hotel
Awful rude place. Unless you speak Spanish they do not want to know. Firstly food is repetitive and bland. No bottled water you have to go out and get some so if your British bad belly. Inclusive very limited unless you want to pay more. Cleaner never came had to complain. No towels or toilet paper. And well the entertainment crew all they do is screeeeccchhh down a microphone Spanish!!! Unless you find throwing a ball in a bottle exciting this is the hotel for you. What was really disgusting was there was vomit in the pool and the lifeguard tried to say it was sun cream!!! Bright yellow with red bits “yeah mate that’s really sun cream” he then proceeded to stare at it for 30mins until my partner said they was going to complain. The towel man standing next to him kept touching his balls and eyeing up all the girls in the bikinis. If you want a bed for the day get down there for 845 but be aware they remove towels even if you are on the pool!!!!
The only positive was the scoop ice cream in the restaurant that was the only decent thing

Very rude staff
Very bad customer care. Rude staff. During my stay the food was very basic and stale.
Not very clean 1 cleaner for all of hotel
Unless you request your room to be cleaned on an app which we didn't find out till a day before we come home it doesn't get cleaned only fresh towels if you chuck them on the floor. A couple of times we were left with no towels and said they'd bring some up and 40 minutes later we went down to chase this and they apologised due to only having one cleaner which is mental for how many rooms there is. Not a very clean environment and very outdated. If you don't like cats don't come because they are all over and go into the food courts at mealtimes. Not much option for food for children plain pasta with a source and chips. Very repetitive. We aware of you leave your sunbeds to go for a walk because they put a notice on your sunbed and then remove your towels if you don't return within a short space of time. Would not go back very disappointing compared to the reviews being great and the photos
