Barcelo Margaritas
Have just returned from a stay at Barcelo Margaritas. This is the second time we have stayed at hotel. Hotel very clean and tidy. Room was cleaned to high standard every day. Resturant staff very friendly, polite and hardworking. Food very nice lots to choose from. Reception staff very helpful. I had a problem with my luggage. Husband picked up wrong case on arrival to hotel! The ladies on reception tried to contact the transfer shuttle staff but it was late and offices closed. The following morning I went to reception and spoke to a lady called Tina Gonzalez. This lovely lady went out of her way to contact the airport to try to find out where my case was. After a while Tina got off the phone and was able to tell me that my case had been returned to airport transfer office and wrote down the instructions of exact location where I had to go. I thank Tina from the bottom of my heart as without her help I was going to give up and book a flight home as no one had contacted me with information on where my case was and all I had clothes wise were the ones I was wearing from day before. Tina's help made my holiday. She went out of her way to help me and for that I am very thankful she is a credit to the Barcelo Margaritas and because of her kindness we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday. Thank you to all at the Barcelo for an enjoyable stay⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst hotel ever
My husband step in Human poo this morning I. Public toilet... excrement went on his leg, pants and flip flops: hotel manager said he will do nothing about that and nothing they can make for us as it's not them faul. First relation person ignored us and spoke to us in very rude way his name is Adrian in playa del ingles.

Excellent service, very friendly and welcoming. Bar staff Andrea extremely helpful and service with a smile. All staff including room attendant very helpful.

Pleasantly surprised
Wasn’t sure what to expect reading previous reviews. I can say I was pleasantly surprised on arrival. Hotel, compared to other Barceló’s we’ve stayed in, it is in need of some TLC. But in a whole for the price I paid I’m not complaining. I stayed HB. Breakfast is good, really anything you could eat for is supplied. Dinner, it was fine the usual buffet menus you get in most hotels. Always find something to eat. Hotel and room were cleaned everyday so cleanliness wasn’t an issue either. Can’t comment on day/night activities as spent the day at the beach and evening in and around the local area.

Great experience
We stayed at the hotel from 16th of September 20th of September The location is great. There is a Supermarket across the road and a Spar few minutes away.
The staff at the Reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious ,kept clean with 2 balconies and well equipped with 2 TV’s.
The staff at the breakfast and dinner were friendly and there was a good variety at the breakfast and dinner had different themes everyday.- enjoyed Stunning swimming pools. We had an amazing experience. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you for having us and made our stay memorable .
