This is the third time I came here. The second time we came back, because we liked the hotel and the location. But we came back for the third time, and this time we came back because of the AMAZING Patryk!!! We came back because he had such fun energy, he could entertain everyone, was super sweet, and is truly the best entertainer I have ever experienced! I would even come back a fourth time for him! The second picture was taken last year, the one with the striped shirt was taken just this summer! Patryk I love you, you are truly amazing ❤️
Absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms. Quick walk to the beach down the hill. Transfer from the airport was reasonably quick. Friendly staff. All inclusive was really great, especially the meals- huge variety of choices of different cuisine and good selection of vegetarian foods for my son. Balconies were lovely and shaded. The spa was really relaxing and I loved the sauna. Entertainment was ok although one show we didn’t realise was cabaret which want really ideal for our kids. Beautiful infinity pool. Really great stay!
Great room, Better quality food than other buffets, Good service, great pool and very nice views
We have visited Puerto Rico for 13 years and have never had an issue in any accommodation, regardless of budget. We booked this hotel because we’ve admired it from the beach for years, but sadly our stay was extremely disappointing.
Families with children are made to feel uncomfortable here. Our children were repeatedly told off by staff for simply playing during the day or evening, leaving them feeling restricted and unhappy throughout the holiday. It quickly became clear that this hotel operates more like an adults‑only resort, despite not being advertised as such.
We paid a significant amount of money for our family to stay here, yet our children have been sad and uncomfortable for the duration of the trip. Based on our experience, this hotel is not family‑friendly and should be advertised accordingly.
Spent 9 nights here and had a lovely stay. The hotel had everything you need for a relaxing, fun holiday and was very comfortable with amazing scenery. Staff were very polite and helpful from the moment we arrived, even being able to check in earlier. Lovely sized rooms, good selection of foods at breakfast and dinner and an amazing spa that is free to use and was never too busy. The only downside was there was a lot of saving of sun loungers from very early in the morning. I think it would be helpful if there was someone to monitor this. But overall an amazing stay with a small supermarket and beach very close by. Just be careful with the shoes you wear outside of the hotel, can be quite slippery. I would stay here again and definitely recommend.
