I just wanted to start off by saying this hotel is beautiful, clean and staff are all lovely.
I feel as though there are some improvements that could be made throughout the hotel:
We booked the Junior Suite Superior room on a high floor which had its own jacuzzi bath. It would be lovely to make it more superior by replacing the two single mattress for a double mattress. As a couple we felt as though this would have made the room more ‘superior’. We also couldn’t use the jets on the jacuzzi bath as it had not been cleaned out and it started throwing out dirt and all kinds of things which was a disappointment.
We felt as though the pool was lacking a little bit of music. It was very boring. Even to play a bit of relaxing music would have been lovely! And my god those sunbeds by the pool was so uncomfortable.
The spa added a nice touch onto the hotel we enjoyed this 3 times on our stay.
We were bed and breakfast and only went down twice as we felt like the food was not at all. Even under the hot lamp but we enjoyed making our own omelette.
Overall I would say this was an average stay due to some parts I would personally of liked. It’s very close to the centre (if you can handle stairs) which is was perfect for us on the evenings.
Having visited this hotel a number of times over the the past 6 years, I must say some of the standards have dropped especially on the balcony area around the whirlpool. This area requires some maintenance to bring this hotel to the standard people expect. Also the shower area needs some attention paid to the silicone which has gone dirty and mouldy.
These are unfortunately the negatives of this holiday which I feel I must highlight.
Other than that I cannot fault anything, from the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted by the reception staff who were very efficient at there job. I would also like a special mention to the cleaner on floor 6 who done a fantastic job, was very pleasant and is a credit to the hotel.
We stayed in the Servature Casablanca for 11 nights from the 21st of June until the 2nd of July. From start to finish it was amazing. Check in was speedy and stress free. We stayed in the superior suite with the large balcony which was well worth the extra. The room was well furnished with very comfy bed and plenty of sockets. The bathroom was also large with a fantastic shower. The room was cleaned every day to an exceptional standard, I didn't get the lady's name but she was a lovely soul. The balcony was amazing with loads of room for sunbathing and lounging at night with a wee drink listening to the music from the town. The air conditioning was fabulous and when the patio door was closed it drowned out the noise. The food was brilliant, breakfast had loads of choice and was well cooked. Dinner was a la carte for mains, but starter and dessert were buffet style and again loads of choice and beautifully cooked. The staff are what makes this place and Alberto and Saleh were outstanding and the ladies who were so helpful. The added bonus of a whipped ice cream machine was a deal breaker. The spa is very good and we had treatments which were amazing, we loved the sauna and steam room. Overall a brilliant holiday, so relaxing and looked after by fantastic staff, a massive thank you to each and every one of you. We will be back.
We are just back after a week at the casablanca. Our room was on the top floor with our own hot tub and the room was very spacious cleaned everyday with fresh towels big shout out to maria who cleans it.The staff in the restaurant were fantastic very accommodating especially as i am a fussy eater and the food was fantastic 3 course meal every day and always something on the menu even for me.The pool area always had beds available and gill loved the gym as well overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend you even got used to the stairs going up to it thanks again
Location of the hotel is good. We used the pool bar which was lovely, wouldn't say there was much of a atmosphere. Rooms nice size and cleaned daily. The balconies were a lovely size , the only problem were the doves couldn't eat outside on the balcony, or the birds would eat your food. Constantly after your food. Guest were feeding them. Bird poo everywhere, which is not good. Which wasn't cleaned up on a daily bases. We did mention it to reception, nothing was done . Once the door was closed at night the noise level was low . Food at the restaurant wasn't consistent. Not that impressed especially with the evening meal. Breakfast lots to choose from.
