Great hotel and stay
Had a great experience here, the hotel was very clean, we had an amazing room (if you prefer quiet away from entertainment stage ask for it they happily accomodated this request). We were surprised with a bottle of bubbly on arrival which was a lovely touch , we booked direct and i advise anyone else to do also as we got this and a voucher to use at the rooftop pool! We only booked breakfast and thought it had good variety and everything we needed no complaints. We did eat the dinner once which wasnt to my liking but there was good variety still. Staff were friendly and we loved the roof top pool (chargeable). The main pool was fine but even in sept it got very busy and loungers were so close together which is why we opted for the roof! Beach nearby and local spar was very convienient. There is a large hill to get up on the way back which was fine for us but anyone with mobility issues would possibly struggle. We also used the gym which was large had plenty of equipment compared to many other hotel gyms i've used and not too busy in the mornings which was great. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

Really lovely week
Firstly we had great impressions of the hotel. Jayden was super helpful and friendly on check in; the Hotel is clean and lovely and the maid cleaned our room to a great standard every day.
TheRooftop area is unreal and granted it’s an extra cost but I do feel it’s worth it. Isabel Sanchez on rooftop was LOVELY! What an asset to your hotel and so was the man waiter up there with a beard not sure of his name but wow the service is absolutely incredible.
Evening buffet had something for everyone pizzas were nice, and the Chinese cuisine night with sushi was unexpected and fantastic. Even being a little fussy myself!
Really big room and has lots of space to hang clothes which I like. Air con in our room was a bit poor and the gym 1000% needs air con apart from that that’s the only niggle that let the hotel down.
We knew this resort would be quiet we came for a chilled holiday but I think it might have been a little bit too chilled for us. Not many bars open past 9/10pm. The one night we went to see the scala show which I HIGHLY recommend. What a fantastic experience which will stay with us forever. We also travelled to Las Palmas and puerto de mogan on day trips to explore and also did the aquarium which was also fab.
On check out Cyro at reception was wonderful and kind, what a pleasant friendly man.
I do feel like the staff at this hotel are very attentive and kind. Thank you for our week holiday at your hotel!
Great experience
This was our first time at the hotel which was very enjoyable, we had a lovely room which was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bottled water placed in the fridge which was a nice touch. We were all inclusive there was a variety of food, we also went to the spa one day which was nice and had a massage. Overall a great place to stay.

Exceptional value hotel
Exceptional value hotel, stayed here for 7 nights all inclusive including daily visit to the spa, because booked direct with hotel knew exactly what payed for hotel, if you then break it down per night and that includes all your food, all your drinks (of which many UK known brands available), entertainment and thalassotherapy visit is UNBELIEVABLE value. Food choice is plentiful, staff friendly, very clean. I would advise booking direct, only 20 min taxi from airport. Our plane landed at 12.15pm and we were in hotel at 13.15

Great stay
Lovely hotel and very friendly staff especially the bar staff. Spa was excellent, wish I had done the whole day, very reasonable prices . Only 1 small change recommended, more umbrellas please much needed in the heat. Definitely recommend this hotel.
