It was such a lovely experience with the evening entertainment, excursions, swimming pools, classes and so much more. We travel a lot but this was special. One of us has allergies and the chef made him special food every day.
Location quite good, rooms were nice, plenty space, although bed sofa wasn’t that comfortable fine for a small child but mattress quite thin for a teenager, also our air con wasn’t working for a few days but when I told reception they seemed to be aware there was a few issues and came out same day fixed it and as gift towards it not working gave us a bottle of Prosecco and three free drinks of our choice and three free meals which was very nice, cleanliness was very good and cleaners came in every day , swimming pools good , adult pool very clean and relaxing, overall hotel good for family’s
Great resort you get a a pool literally 10 steps from your front door/room if you're ground floor & 2nd floor/top floor you have a balcony overlooking the pool. Not over crowded plenty of sun beds. If you want something a bit more lively its a small walk to the main pool with again plenty of sun beds & descent smaller slides.
The staff are always smiling happy to help & say hello!
The bedrooms have had a refurb the main living area are clean although could also do with a refurb but absolutely fine!
Breakfast option in our package with a great buffet selection with fresh salads & fruits, usual hot food selections
The grounds are cleaned every day, pools are kept cleaned as well.
Playa Blanca & beach 10-15 mns walk or taxi from hotel is around 4 euros each way
2nd visit to this hotel & we plan to come again can't fault this hotel & clearly any lesser reviews are people who are extremely difficult to please.
Great family holiday
Possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in as an English family, all entertainment in French and the entertainment isn’t that great. The daytime activities very rarely take place and the only ‘restaurant’ available is a glorified take away. Nothing for teenagers to do. Not at all what was sold to us!
Firstly it’s a huge resort. Family friendly yes. Copious amount of pools. Main pool area has music blasting all day - extremely loud and hard to block it out. Night time entertainment- wouldn’t recommend if you’ve teens. Snack bar - usual food options. Well priced. Has a supermarket onsite if you need the essentials. Aldi 10 min walk away but much better for food and drink options. Breakfast - food okish. Crockery often chipped and dirty. Dinner - very repetitive. We’ve stayed in serval of the THB hotels. This would come bottom of our list. Thought it had very few options for people with extra dietary needs. Room - needs a good scrub, especially the bathroom floor area. Pool area - lifeguard insitu so safe from that perspective. Lots of cats on the grounds - not something I personally like. We won’t be back and I’d be slow to recommend.
