A very impressive and relaxing stay
Very near from airport, beach access, very secured hotel, very clean room and public areas such as lobby, pool, pool bar and common areas, restaurants.
A very relaxing hotel, one feels very welcomed from ALL hotel staff. Friendliness and courteousness incomparable, really impressive that one felt the whole hotel team was trained to know and be observant of their guests.
Guest experience staff very professional and even treated each and everyone as if all guests were VIPs.
Extra items such as beach bag and Flipflops for personal use.
Buffet simply remarkable..high quality, always fresh, effort was given for food presentation, good choices for everyone. One felt very relaxed while dining, not a single hint that restaurant staff were stressed. Fast service. Enough sitting area.
Thankful for the complimentary upgrade and flowers as we were celebrating our church wedding anniversary.
Mini bar always filled up with bottled water, got daily supply of chips and chocolates!
Bed prepared extra in the evening, which we previously experienced only in Doha.
Cannot complain about this hotel. Hope it stays the same and would be glad to experience the same when we return soon.

Great experience, largely thanks to the wonderful staff
We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent - the beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, facilities, food, and the overall atmosphere made our visit a real pleasure.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. A very special thank you goes to the guest services staff, led by Ulrike, who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Their warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our visit. They are a real credit to the hotel and made an already excellent experience truly memorable. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return. Thank you to everyone for such a fantastic stay!

Excellent Hotel Fariones
From the moment we arrived it was clear that care was taken with every aspect of our stay from welcoming us on arrival to the immaculate rooms and the amazing and extensive buffet. Staff throughout were exceptional, always friendly, helpful and really added to the experience. We are a family of 4 (kids aged 12yrs/9yrs) and all felt very welcome throughout. It was a very short walk to two different beaches which were great or, a slightly longer walk (approx 5mins) to another beach were we could arrange jet skiing or other water sports. We also enjoyed the pool areas and the kids especially enjoyed the milkshakes we could order from the pool bar. We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here.
Paradise on earth!
We had a lovely stay, from the moment you arrive the staff makes you feel welcomed and provide the support and assistance. The place is beautiful all around! It’s in a perfect location, close to all amenities and right next to the beach. Food, drinks and service are excellent! We will be coming back for sure!

10/10 in paradise
Writing this currently by the hotel pool. We leave tomorrow but said id post while still in paradise!. Our 3rd time back (that in itself tells alot) and this is still our favourite hotel. From the moment we arrived in a taxi we were looked after so well. We had the breakfast included and it has absolutely everything you could think of. From a fresh omelette station, juice making station and even a champagne area (to make the breakfast that little bit extra). The food selections changed daily, something new each day.
The pool is fantastic, with many areas to choose where you chill out. No rush on beds, although by 10am it's pretty full. The views are breath taking around the hotel.
I can't comment on the restaurants for dinner as we ate out each night, but the mango daiquiris by the pool are a must.
I went to the Spa this time and it's the best to date. Staff, facilities, views and my treatment. I didn't catch the ladies name but she has hands of gold, the best full body massage I've got Thank You!!! The spa is new and a must if visiting this hotel.
No doubt we will be back - 10/10 again for us!!
