Brilliant
Brilliant holiday all staff work really hard and are helpful and friendly. Only downside was the pool bar kept flooding and the beer tap was not working. Rooms needed a bit of updating but were clean and tidy. Food was delicious every day would return cheap and cheerful!

Great Last Minute Find
We booked this hotel/holiday fairly last minute, the previous reviews helped us make this decision. We arrived later in the evening after dinner and Viktor (possibly spelt wrong checked us in) very friendly and took us through everything, even let us know there was a bit of food in the restaurant, it wasn't much but the gesture was good and we appreciated it. The room (123) was clean and tidy, a bit dated but fully functional and a decent size. There is now air con, but a fan in the bedroom although not much was very welcome in the heat of Lanzarote. The maids were lovely and friendly, my wife spoke to one as our kids were the same age. The food in the hotel is lovely, fresh and varied on each day, you always get the staples but there is something different each day and night. The staff again were nice and courteous, especially as with young kids it can be a stressful time (Thomas, hopefully spelt correct) was high fiving the kids and having a laugh. The dinner and lunch times could be busy, but the staff tried there best to get people seated quickly. The bar areas were OK, plenty of self service stuff for beer, wine and juice. The main bar could be busy at night if you wanted a spirit or cocktail though. Three pools to choose from, so plenty space to get a swim, they were all clean and kids loved it. The Mini club was a bit depressing compared to the last hotel we stayed at in Tenerife but having said that the animation/entertainment team were super hard working and girls loved it, they do get really involved and seem to love what they are doing and getting the holiday makers involved.

Will go back if service improves
Start with the positive : great food, good location, plenty of sun beds, rooms very clean, gardens clean , pool got cleaned everyday , entertainment at night was ok but could be improved.
Some negative points. Entertainment staff were ignorant , pool bar - coffee , drink and slushy machine broke down at 1 point all 3 coffee machines were out of order, they also ran out of beer and Spirts. Bins were overflowing at the pool, glasses and bottles allowed at pool side, smoking also aloud in non smoking areas. Not enough bar staff at bar at night. Bird poo on seating cushions.
Fantastic holiday
I stayed in Puerto del Carmen in relaia Olivina On arriving we was very welcome to the hotel we arrived in the evening and was already booked in for evening meal which was delicious and what a choice. The Atmosphere is so carm and relaxing, plenty of entertainment for you if you wish to join in, room's are very clean, great value for money,we don't hear any noise from outside, the service was excellent. The grandchildren had amazing time in the swimming pools all in all a fantastic family holiday highlight recommend.

Great facilities all round for families of all ages. Very pleasant and friendly staff.
