The swimming pools are the heart of the THB Flora hotel. This is where guests flock to swim and mingle, to soak up some sun and take it easy. Fringed with palm trees, there's no better place to while away the hours. The THB Flora's gardens are another big attraction. It's a real treat to be able to step out of the sun for a while and enjoy a shady stroll around the hotel, taking in the delights of the garden as you go.

Ive been coming to this hotel for many years but this year i have come across two staff members one is called Manuel from the bar and lygia (cuban) life guard what very nice people very helpful went above and beyond to help very polite and caring need more people like them hopefully we’ll see them soon again
Great hotel and location!
I stay in a junior suite room with a pool and sea view and the room was excellent.I had a issue with the door but it was fixed within 10 minutes of reporting it.The staff I had spoken to where all helpful and breakfast was great every morning, I highly recommend this hotel and if you can manage to book a junior suite i highly recommend them and the best sign of a good holiday is one you would go back to and i would not hesitate to come back here, use the bus service to get around and see the other resorts.
stay away
wouldn't go bk near it . staff Rude cats peeing all outside on flower beds ,flies are every where in rooms outside. my daughter took a epileptic sezuire as air con wasn't working ! 28.5 degrees in my apartment and 5 times it was supposed to be fixed. staff very rude and wouldn't help us .even asked to be moved room and got told no. 5 break ins while I was there . disgusted as I was a returning customer!!!!
Worst hotel
Worst holiday ever there was 5 break in 1 including my daughter and grandchildren. The staff wasn't helpful at all they wasn't that interested. They didn't want to call the police but at the end they did asked if my daughter and grandchildren be moved but was told no they could only offer to change the lock .so I stayed with my daughter as she nolonger felt safe .All the management could say claim of your insurance. They never once went to see my daughter to see if she was ok disgusting the way she was treated I will never recommend this hotel to anybody it is not safe there is no security cameras and the safety gate is useless anybody can walk in.
WORST HOTEL
worst experience have stayed in a few hotels this one as to be the worst one yet stayed here for two weeks and had 5 broke ins I was one of them staff was unless and unhelpful being a single mother with two young boys staying in a hotel can be a little scary staying in a different country getting broken in to did not help one single bit the staff did nothing about it all I got was claim on your insurance not once did anyone come check on me to make sure I was safe nor did I see the manager once staff was rude the doors are not safe at all I don't see why it took someone to brake in for them to fix the door will not be returning here and I don't recommend anyone to stay if you are looking for a safe location book somewhere else. also i ask if they can move me to different apartment as I don't feel safe here and they said no so my boys was so scared for the last few days. they couldn't wait to get home.
