Beautiful stay
Me and my husband had a lovely experience the staff were all so friendly and helpful, the hotel entertainment staff were amazing they really make a difference. The location was amazing. Food was so good always had something to eat it was always hot and the cocktails were amazing.

Late summer vacation in best area of Mallorca
We love Mallorca and come often and have been staying in Barcelo for number of visits. It is good to see that some services remain good and even improve like the restaurant and the food quality and variety, as well as the kindness and politeness of the staff throughout the hotel. Cleanness of the hotel decreased and should be returned to the previous level, and also solution to be found for rooms that are below the restaurant that are very loud and noisy. Also, some plants that are overgrown block sunlight all day and should be trimmed. But if you are not staying most of the day in the room and spend most of the time out hotel is a good option with a well balance of price and quality. Always ask for rooms from 4th floor up.

Nice but there's work to be done
Nice location, rooms fine but there's work to be done, like the mold in the shower, the poor ventilation and the result of that poor ventilation is visible in for instance the mirror and the door
