Our second visit. We enjoyed our stay but did bring to the attention of staff poor food labelling in restaurant and the meals did seem repetitive. Always a fantastic salad option and great sweet dishes. Main courses limited. Staff were making efforts to remedy this and asking for feedback during our stay. We had minor maintenance issues that were rectified very quickly. We would still return in the future.

We will be back!
We had a fantastic holiday, we really appreciated the attentiveness and care by the staff. A special mention to George who goes above and beyond, we had a few issues with ants but he made sure to check on us throughout our stay including personally coming to the room to check the situation was under control. We will be back and thank you for a great week!

This is a fantastic hotel that never disappoints. The location, the staff and the whole atmosphere is fantastic for the whole family. Excellent range of choices in the restaurant with themed menus as well. Lorena and the animation team work tirelessly to maintain the entertainment for those that want to be active. Customer care, led by Aline is brilliant and any issues are dealt with quickly. Highly recommended 👍

A happy family stay with a 5 and 7 year old :)
We throughly enjoyed our family holiday with our 5 and 7 year old. We spent the majority of our time in the splash park which is perfect for children to paddle and go down slides in and then there is a deeper pool where we spend lots of time in with them where there are bigger slides. The snack bar at this pool has nuggets, chips etc and there is a member of staff who can serve beer. There are ice creams and lollies that children can help themselves to. We were on the second floor so quite a lot of steps but we were able. We thought that the food was good, we always found something that we could all eat. The beach is beautiful and also down lots of steps so just mindful if you had younger children/babies may be tricky. Staff were friendly and always made an effort with children. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)
