This modern luxury hotel is located directly beside the sea and is surrounded by numerous beaches. Surrounded by a small pine forest, separated from the hotel by a road. The resort center of Cala Ratjada, with its many shops and places of entertainment, is about a mile and Son Moll Creek is one kilometer. Opposite the hotel is a stop for public transport (20 meters). The building is fully air conditioned and has a garden area. In the outdoor complex is a saltwater pool and a sunbathing area with loungers and parasols. The hotel's facilities include an indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna. The tennis club located 300 m away a total of 11 clay courts.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

The perfect adults - only getaway
It’s been a couple of weeks since our trip to Mallorca and our stay at the Grupotel Aguait Resort. What can I say - everything was perfect! Since I work in the tourism industry, I have the opportunity to research hotels in greater depth. The Grupotel Aguait Resort was a perfect fit for our group of four in every way, except for one thing - it’s focused on the German market. But we decided to take a chance and weren’t disappointed - yes, the staff mostly addressed us in German, but we replied in English, so it didn’t bother us at all. The staff themselves are wonderful; I’m very grateful to Olga at the front desk, and Gisel particularly impressed me with her service. As for the hotel - yes, it could use some renovations, but the view of the sea more than compensated for that. The quality of the food didn’t disappoint. Would I come back here? Absolutely!
Lovely hotel
This hotel is lovely, the location is superb as you look of the med whilst sipping on your cocktail.The food is of a good standard and the service is very good. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I went half board but I was very impressed by the amount of drinks included in the all inclusive list using top brand alcohol. If you do go half board be very careful when booking drinks to your room as we found that the tourist tax on our room bill for drinks was around 40%, so if you don’t go all inclusive then pay for your drinks. The hotels guests are predominantly German and British visitors are very few. With this said this hotel is very good and would highly recommended.

Great team, exceptional hotel.
The hotel benefits from having a great team working hard to make it a memorable stay for all the right reasons. Cleanliness is exceptional throughout, rooms are comfortable and well appointed, the gardens are well maintained , the food is varied and well prepared (themed menu changed daily) . It is located in a primarily residential area (private villas) and the town is about a 30 minute walk away (there is a bus stop outside). This suited us fine as the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, as are the guests. Evening entertainment was good (pianist on our last night was outstanding). Giving four stars due to a couple of issues: air conditioning in the room was not very efficient, wifi coverage on the 3rd floor is patchy, plumbing can be quite noisy, cleaner on our last day was determined to enter the room despite having a sign on the door and a check out time of 12:00 noon (she took the sign away and tried to get in the room again, at around 10am, not impressed). That said we found the staff generally friendly, helpful and hard working. A couple of mentions: Genesis in the dining area and Jesus in the bar area, super efficient ( the "runners" are the unsung heroes of the hotel). One of the few places where we would happily return.

Second visit but last I’m afraid.
We came here two years ago and it was one of our favourites so we decided to return. This isn’t a picky review as the hotel has a huge number of good points but unfortunately one big but that we couldnt look beyond.
First the positives: the staff are lovely and helpful, there are no noisy or rowdy guests (most are German and are lovely and polite), the entertainment each night is good, drinks are excellent and the food at the pool bar is really nice.
The location and views out to sea are amazing.
But…during our stay the buffet food at breakfast and dinner was horrendous. Choices were really limited (I really wouldn’t recommend it at all for vegetarians) and the meat tasted either undercooked or really poor quality. Our tactic was to treat lunch as a main meal and scrape by with what we could eat at breakfast and dinner. At one point we thought it might just be us - other guests were piling food upon food on their plates but we really aren’t fussy eaters.
So maybe give it a go if you like the thought of all the pluses, you might like the food after all, but it’s put us off coming again.
