What a lovely week
Lovely hotel set on top of cliff with steps and path round to an amazing bay. Hotel was great - our room was in the Premium block so we had access to two pools which were not accessed by everybody. Everything overlooked the sea - so many boats of all shapes and sizes travelled along. Food was good - plenty of it. Staff were very effective in clearing tables. They were also very good providing gluten free pasta and pizza for my granddaughter and son. Lots of different activities every day. Shops just across from the hotel selling souvenirs, clothes, food and a wide range of stuff. All inclusive - soft drinks, coffee and tea and alcohol available most of the day. Dinner in the evening was represented by a different country each night. Lovely fresh bread and rolls. Wide range of desserts. Vegetarian options limited and labels were not always clear - sometimes had to ask. But lots of salads and fruit and cheeses. Rooms were made up each day - sometimes we had to ask for cups and tea/coffee as they did not replace every day. But towels were replaced if we left on the floor - which was great! All staff were very friendly and helpful. When we first arrived it was 2.30 and the receptionist gave us our bands straight away so we could grab some lunch, as it closed at 3. We were able to store our luggage whilst we went to eat, and then she checked us in afterwards! Brilliant service! Strongly recommend.
Lovely hotel...but...
Just got back from a 10 night stay as a family of 4 (kids 14yrs) We booked 2 premium rooms which were lovely...clean, air con, towels changed every day, spacious.. Premium area had the 2 smaller pools (which were warm 😳) a snack/drinks bar and plenty of sun loungers (never had to reserve at the crack of dawn!) Also had access to a 'chill bar' with views of the entertainment area... Restaurant also had plenty of space with minimal waiting... Outside the hotel was a maze of souvenir shops and supermarkets. Our only niggles were: WiFi was hit and miss, premium bar didn't open until 9pm, premium snack bar was limited compared to 'main' bar next to the large pool but these were easily overcome. Food in the restaurant was the biggest bug-bear, it was tepid at best, and limited choice (compared with other all-inclusives we've stayed in) was the only thing really disappointing... The staff are lovely and really helpful and the whole complex is well kept and clean. Can't comment on the entertainment as we didn't join in, geared mainly for french guests (of which there were a lot!) It was outdoors and finished at 11pm so quite noisy if you're hoping for an early night, but it didn't bother us! We hired a car and went out for a couple of days too.
Fine 3 star Hotel with 5 star entertainment
I haven't been to Mallorca since I was a young man- about 28 years ago. This was my first trip with my family to Spain/Mallorca since becoming a father. The hotel just is placed by the ocean, only 10 min walk from a beautiful beach with clear blue water- the Hotels in the area has made a pedestrian walk to this beach- so no need to worry, though you have to climb some stairs from the hotel to the pedestrian walk. If you don't have any interest of going to the beach no need to worry either, the hotel has one main pool with a play area for the kids and a small pool for 18 years and over- and if you are premium customer you have your own area with 2 medium pools . Most customers are from France & the UK - so if you are Danish like me it's totally fine - 😊😊. The food at the hotel was average, but i guess it depends what you are looking for- just chips and pizza is for me a bit boring where I would have preferred much more local dishes- but sure for kids they will love it.
But one thing I have to recommend is the staff in general and most importantly the entertainment team of the kids, teenagers and sport. Always smiling and friendly. Working hard every day and night- and I can just look at the smiles on the kids and us adults- Merci team Jeremy, Audrey, Rachel, Ludo, Helena and Quent. I hope I've got your names right?? But you know who you are - thanks for your good moods and smiles and thanks for making us smile 🤗🤗🤗... the entertainment was a five star experience- great for adults and kids ... also do your self a favour go to Palna it's a beautiful city- crowded but beautiful-
Also recommendation from here is rent a car before you go from the airport- it's cheaper than taking the bus- also it gives you opportunities to see the other part of the island

Absolutely brilliant never fails to amaze me i have stayed here 3 times and would definitely go back again 😀 the hotel is always clean,friendly staff who care about your welfare i went to reception one day on my holiday to explain i had a dizzy episode and knocked the mirror of the bathroom wall i said I was happy to pay to replace it but they said no need as long as I was sure i was ok.It got its own little shops as well as restaurants nearby. And what more could you ask for premium infinity pool to look over the sea whilst you enjoy the sunshine 🌞 and the beach been nearby too

A 3 star or less experience
Second time staying at this hotel. Our experience this time has been very poor. WiFi does not work, ants everywhere in our room, the noise at nighttime is awful, you won’t get to sleep till well after 11, not good if you have little kids. Reception staff really rude. Definitely no longer a 4 star, definitely a 3 unfortunately.
