The location was amazing which made our holiday. Beautiful early morning sunrises. A long transfer from the airport, whuch felt longer than an hour as advertised. The staff were very friendly. However they need more staff behind the bar, as very long queues, especially during the evening. I had to que for 15 minutes , which meant i missed the entertainment. Some nights the entertainment was better, other nights not so good. The entertainment finished quite early which was disappointing. Our room was very hot, the air conditioning was awful, didn't seem to work. The food very samey. Lots of fish dishes, and not many childrens options. My husband got food poisoning, which unfortunately put him out of action for a few days. You have to pay for some drinks eg fresh orange juice at breakfast. Not many English people at the hotel. Very good selection of shops nearby. Pool area gets very busy, and long ques to get drinks in the day. Overall we had a nice holiday, the beach was lovely, however we probably wouldn't come back here again.

Beautiful view from our room, but very noisy in the evening with programme under the windows of majority of rooms. The beach and the sea were great, really worth visiting, but overcrowded and after few days waves came and brought all the filthy stuff from the sea, but it's the trouble of mankind not a hotel. Cleaning servise was really light, some insect in room, my hair on the floor after cleaning still there, terrible smell from the shower, drainage probably. From 4 lifts, usually occupied, were working 3, 1 out of order. Restaurant is small for the amount of guests, always queuing for the entrance to the restaurant or for the meal. You could find something tasty but you have to choose carefully. Tokens were bothering, the main reason for having them is laziness, they didn't clean anything, but offering very eagerly all paid drinks out of all inclusive. For me, disappointment, never again.
