Clean and spacious
Lovely clean hotel, in a quiet resort. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.
There were quite a lot of steps but weren’t really an issue.
Rooms were spacious and have all been recently refurbished. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided.
Pool was lovely but very busy at this time of year. Very difficult to get a sunbed as the early morning brigade are out reserving them, but plenty of chairs.
Good selection of basic drinks available on all inclusive.
Food always available with plenty of options, but hot food sometimes a bit bland.
All together had a great week here.

Would recommend for families
You cannot fault this hotel, the staff go above and beyond. The rooms and food were good, we always found something to eat even with a fussy eater. The views are stunning, (we had a sea view room) the entertainment team are great, the beach is just a short walk. The only thing for me was the location, as a family we enjoy a walk at night and sitting on the front having a drink in a bar, don’t get me wrong there’s shops, bars and food places not far away so there is things to do, just not what we like. I’d recommend the boat trip it was amazing and Cala Millor is beautiful. Would go back to the hotel if it was a different location, as I couldn’t fault it.
Fantastic Stay at HSM Calas Park!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at HSM Calas Park in Mallorca! The hotel offers everything you could want for a great holiday, breathtaking sea views, delicious food, spotless rooms, and an incredibly welcoming staff. The absolute highlight of our trip, however, was Alex from the entertainment team. With his infectious energy, warm personality, and great sense of humor, he brought amazing vibes to every single day and kept both kids and adults completely entertained. You can truly see how much passion he puts into his work and how much he cares about the guests. A massive thank you to the entire team and especially to Alex for an unforgettable vacation, we will definitely be back!
Lovely time
Fresh and clean, lovely staff and value for money. The food was good, there was a salad bar as well as some meals for the kids (e.g. pasta and pizza) and some freshly cooked meat and other options. They had entertainment at night. It doesn’t have a huge range of amenities but the ones it has are well maintained. It is a short walk (10 minutes maybe) to the beach too along a nice costal path. We had a lovely time here.
Lovely family holiday !
Our family had a great time staying here for 10 days.
The hotel is perfect for a family holiday and my son who is 9 especially enjoyed it making friends every single day in the pool.
The entertainment team are absolutely brilliant. They work so hard and do a great job with activities for young kids, teenagers and adults. Cocktail games, water polo, water volleyball, darts, pool competitions, table tennis. A real fun time to be had.
Special mention to Alex and Tommy. Good fun blokes.
Met some lovely people there as well. Matt and Sophie from Guilford and Alex and his wife who are Romanian but live in England.
The entertainment was really good. Kids disco at 8.30 then entertainment for all at 9ish.
Food we really liked. Good options and if you want a change lovely restaurants literally 2 minute walk outside.
Drinks were great. Estrella on tap, Aperol Spritz on tap and wine and cocktails. Any spirits you wanted as well.
Rooms were clean. Ant's were annoying but ask reception and they will get some poison down to sort it out.
Beautiful beach a 5 minute walk away.
All in all its a great holiday for a family. If you don't have kids I would say give it a miss oh, and if you don't like steps or struggle walking don't come here as many steps.
