Fantastic hotel with amazing views
We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at Alua de Mallorca and honestly couldn’t fault it! 🌴☀️ From the moment we arrived, the hotel was clean, welcoming and had a great atmosphere. We were lucky enough to have a sea-view room, and the view was absolutely amazing — waking up to that view every morning really made the holiday! 🌊😍 The rooms were comfortable, the pool area was lovely and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The all-inclusive food was really good, with plenty of choice at mealtimes, and the drinks were great too. 🍹🍽️ A special mention to all the staff, who were friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The location is brilliant too, with beautiful views and plenty to do nearby. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would definitely recommend Alua de Mallorca. We’d happily return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. ❤️

Great location with sea view couldn't fault it was clean, air con in rooms, the themed dinners were great, staff were lovely, entertainment cheesy but fun, drinks were good selection San Mig on tap bonus- will return
Lovely week
Just back from a week in the Alua and we had a great time. Having read the reviews about all rooms having a sea view I was a bit disappointed with the room we were allocated which was on the left side facing the cove not the pool and just felt a little more run down than the ones facing the pool which also had a sea view. The balcony door didn’t lock and wasn’t fixed during our stay despite being told by reception it would be. The food was fantastic no complaints at all so much choice and the staff were lovely. The all inc drinks were not the best and the beer and soft drinks tasted watered down. The wine was probably the best or the strawberry daiquiri. The entertainment team were brilliant kids loved them and they put on fantastic show’s, especially loved aqua gym everyone got involved and a great atmosphere around the pool. Overall lovely hotel but I probably wouldn’t return. I’ve stayed in 3 and 4 star all inc hotels and I’d say this was more a 3 (food a 4) the large pool didn’t look the cleanest and was quite murky which did put me off going in.
4 stars for us, overall good stay.
Very good spot if you have a young family. Staff and hotel is great. Entertainment was good, they translated into 3 languages, English included which was great, meant the kids and us didn’t feel isolated. Only downside was there was no air conditioning in the restaurants, the only reason why it’s 4 stars and not 5 for me. This is major as makes dining uncomfortable
