Very Enjoyable
Sorry but I don’t get the moans below. We had two rooms for four nights from 17th to 21st September after 12 nights in Port de Soller. Both rooms were of a good size and had nice balconies with sea views and were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. 207 and 421. We were greeted by David on reception who was friendly, helpful and good fun throughout our stay which was mainly for the Port de Palma Triathlon. We enjoyed the food, both at breakfast and dinner, especially the Sunday Mallorcan themed buffet. All of the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. I am sorry that I didn’t note names to praise individuals, but everyone was worthy of praise. We had a Bali bed for four days. Very comfy and very helpful for my wife who has a mobility problem. Our daughter and niece always found a sunbed by the very nice pool. We had a great time. The hotel was a good base for the Tri and many of the other guests were very friendly and were repeat visitors, as we will become.

Great hotel with lovely staff
This was my 4th year at Alua Soul Palma. Although I found some aspects of the food available a little under par from previous years I can still thoroughly recommend the hotel and especially their friendly and hard working staff
