Overall we got what we paid for , everything clean and tidy , food hot and miss. Check in was a little slow but relaxed. Walls on the rooms so thin could hear every noise . Beach about 5 mins walk and buses easy to get anywhere.
One of the if not the worst all-inclusive experiences I’ve ever had — and sadly, one we won’t be repeating.
From arrival, the experience was poor. We were met by a rude and aggressive member of staff who gave us unclear directions to the relocated reception. The welcome when we eventually checked in was equally unwelcoming.
Our first room was damp and smelt awful. After complaining, we were eventually moved to a slightly newer block, but even then the room overlooked a side road and the building could be accessed by anyone leaving us feeling unsafe on occasions
The food was possibly the biggest disappointment. A miserable, windowless lower-ground-floor dining room, limited choice and food that was barely warm. Not what you expect from an all-inclusive holiday.
The alcohol situation has already been covered in other reviews but they are not wrong and the glasses you get are barely half a pint
The hotel and pool areas are tired, dated and desperately in need of investment. We also found the hotel and resort to be heavily geared towards German visitors, something British holidaymakers may want to consider before booking.
The only saving grace was the entertainment team, who worked incredibly hard and remained cheerful despite everything.
We booked this as a much-needed mother-and-daughter break. Instead, we spent the holiday trying to make the best of a very disappointing experience.
Do your research before booking. We certainly wish we had. We would not return and cannot recommend this hotel.
The place was great nice staff and clean and tidy. The acts and entertainment was poor. The rooms need updating but clean and tidy the food was good
It was a very great experience, the staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms are good and the atmosphere was also very good.
