Good service and pool, really good location best of both worlds with it being so near to the beach and strip. Manolo is the best!
Great for the money
Great location at the top of the strip near everything. Hotel was great, it's abit basic but very much what you pay for. I'd be happy to return and a good trip with my friend, his 8 year old boy and my 13year old daughter
Regular guests
We will be arriving in September for our yearly pilgrimage (over 20 years) to this fab hotel, hopefully the reception have received our email to let them know we are on our way!! Get the sangria ready!!!
Long weekend stay
We recently stayed here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish! Here’s what we thought of the hotel:
Pros: -Very well decorated and contemporary -Pool/Communal areas were kept very clean -Lovely swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds, the beds in the pool were dreamy! -Breakfast was tasty with lots to choose from -Amazing location with so many bars, shops, restaurants and beaches within walking distance -Rooms had plenty of sockets and the aircon was a life saver -Beds were super comfy, slept like a baby every night even when our room was facing the strip -Rooms were tidied and towels were topped up daily -Most of the staff were friendly and attentive -Pool bar was very reasonable and had lots to choose from, the food was yum too
Cons: -There was no mini fridge in the rooms you had to pay €50 for one, which seemed a little cheeky considering the heat -To use the safe in the bedroom you also had to pay extra
- The shower in our room wasn’t the cleanest there was a build up of mould, however this didn’t effect the use as the shower itself was lovely
-The reception staff weren’t too welcoming and were quite short and rude with customers including ourselves
We’d definitely return and I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Magaluf/Palma Nova.
