Spent 8 nights at this hotel only B/B so can’t comment on evening meal breakfast was very good lots of verity.Poolarea was good no sun bed races right on beach would definitely return

Perfect hotel in an amazing location!
Recently returned from a week in July. Everything was spot on, couldn’t have wished for more. Stayed on the fifth floor and the views were stunning, the rooms very clean and spacious too, just had to buy some milk for my morning coffee ( and some extra sachets of coffee). Perfect location and the staff lovely. Breakfast selection was awesome and the chefs and restaurant staff were very cheerful and welcoming. The views from the restaurant overlooking the bay were amazing. After reading the reviews I was slightly concerned due to the recent changes, as I had booked half board, however had nothing to worry about. I travelled with three teenagers, one being my daughter who is a very fussy eater and will only eat chicken nuggets, but she enjoyed the a la carte options and it was great to see her try all different types of food & enjoy it. The desserts were delicious. We had some pool days and never had any issues finding a sunbed anytime of the day, especially the gorgeous roof terrace where there were always beds available and caught the sun all day. The bar snacks and drinks were great value again with excellent, friendly service from the bar staff.
Highly recommend & will definitely return. It ticked every box for me and I can’t wait to return.. Location is perfect, right in front of the beach, within a lovely short walking distance to Palma Nova and Magaluf in the opposite direction and there is so much to do, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, boat trips. Amazing place, busy but never rowdy and based at the end of the bay. So pleased I chose Majorca and Palma Nova and this hotel. Was perfect! Just wish we had stayed longer.
Excellent Hotel.
Just returned from 2 weeks, everything from start to finish was great with a warm welcome, checked in very quickly, would recommend this hotel and will return in the future. Hotel pool is small but you have the beach next to you, no sun beds wars. Rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you need, beds comfortable and the air con was a blessing with the high temperature. Breakfast was great with something for everyone and good quality and service. All the staff were great and always greeted you with a smile. Special mention to Musa who looked after us in the bar when we returned to the hotel at night for a late drink, cocktails are well made and good value. Only very small gripe was the temperature of the shower as it was like Russian roulette going from hot to cold to normal all the time but you got used to it.

Location spot on!!
.Been here several times now, staff are very friendly and efficient. Hotel is very clean, rooms done every day. Only did breakfast but this was good, omelettes cooked to order, big range of continental and cooked, again staff were lovely. Used the bar a few times, staff good. This hotel is in the best location, views are beautiful and close to a good selection of bars and restaurants, round the corner from Magaluf so if that’s what you want it’s easy enough to get to, but far enough away that there’s hardly any noise.

Great hotel, lovely area
Just back from a weeks holiday to palmanova. Hotel was fab, staff were lovely and accommodating. Rooms were very nice and clean (fresh towels and bed made every day), amazing views of the beach. Tea and coffee facility in room (just had to bring own milk) and safe in room for extra charge. Continental breakfast was good, huge selection to choose from. Cocktails from bar excellent, were the same price as any bar/pub but they were worth it. Beer was cheap. Only downside was there was only a small amount of sunbeds by the pool that got the sun all day, however there was the roof terrace that got the sun all day with plenty of beds/cabanas. Also, you could access the pool from the beach front without your key card so anyone could walk into the pool area, which did happen once however staff was quick to turn them away. Hotel generally quiet with no entertainment but we didn’t mind this and just went out in the evenings.
