Wonderful Experience in Palma
Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, great venue in the heart of old Palma. Ah, Mallorca! We hope to return someday.
Outstanding in every way!
We've just returned from an amazing one week's stay at this beautiful hotel. I can only echo the superlatives already used by the other reviewers which is that this hotel is very hard to beat and deserves all of its 5 stars ... I'd give more if I could! Every single staff member gave 100% to the guests and always with a wide smile. From the moment we arrived until we left we were made to feel special and that same level of hospitality was afforded to everyone. Our suite was beautiful, the rooftop pool, restaurant and bar stunning and the breakfast so delicious and extensive there was often no room for lunch! We ate at the rooftop restaurant a couple of nights (including the night of the Eclipse) and the staff worked so very hard to make sure everyone had a good night. It was uncomfortably hot for them yet those smiles never left their faces. Some staff members who stood out for us were Jesi, Flora, Raul, Joseba and of course the maitre d' at the rooftop last Wednesday and Friday nights who never stopped long enough for us to get his name! This was our 5th visit to Majorca but our first to this hotel. We're so glad we found it and will definitely be returning. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable.

We visited the rooftop tonight to experience the solar eclipse, and it was truly unforgettable. Everything was so beautifully organized from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, greeting us with a special welcome drink for the eclipse and making us feel so looked after throughout the evening.
The meal was absolutely amazing, and sharing such a special moment — watching the eclipse together with everyone on the rooftop — made the whole experience even more memorable. There was such a wonderful atmosphere, and you could really feel how much thought and care had gone into making the evening special.
A huge thank you to the entire team for their kindness, hospitality, and for creating such a beautiful experience for everyone. We will definitely be back!
If you’re visiting Palma, I highly recommend coming here. Beautiful setting, fantastic food, genuinely lovely people, and an experience we will remember for a very long time. ❤️

Family holiday to Palma
Es Princep felt like our home away from home. All the staff knew our names, were so proficient at their jobs and that level of personal service differentiated this hotel from so many other luxury hotels. The beds were soo comfy and breakfasts fabulous!

fabulous hotel
We recently stayed 3 nights at Es Princep and enjoyed our stay .. the room was a good size and a comfy bed. The staff were extremely helpful whether on the reception desk or serving drinks at the rooftop bar . Breakfast was excellent with a good array of foods on offer. The rooftop area offers great views over the coastline of palma majorca and well worth a visit . We did find the pool to be very small ( probably 1metre wide by 4 metres perhaps so not a lot of room for everyone to enjoy plus it was extremely warm almost like a bath which was a little disappointing especially since we were staying in the midst of a heat wave and i also did choose this hotel as it offered a pool but thats how it is ) It is a little walk, about 10-15 minutes to the main street of palma, but lots of gorgeous little streets to explore on the way or you can take a taxi which we did a few times due to the heat. Great hotel thou and well worth a stay
