This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Playa de Muro, just 800 m from the nearest beautiful sandy beach. Inviting shopping areas with shops, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. The Airport can be reached within an hour drive. The welcoming 340 rooms come with everything added for guests to guarantee a pleasant stay. There are three swimming pools in the outdoor complex, two of them for all the guests and one only for adults, as well as a sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. Those wishing to relax may kick back in the hot tub and sports enthusiast may make use of the hotel tennis courts and the in-house gym. Guests can enjoy at the buffet restaurant with a wide variety of dishes for all meals or drink at the bar.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel, 3 lovely pools, always able to get a sunbed. Can’t fault the hotel but the food was not very good (for us were picky). Hotel is no where near anything and hardly no taxis which put a damper on our stay

Nothing bad to say! Great stay!
We are just back from a 3 night stay and it was great! Nothing fancy about the hotel but the rooms are spacious and clean. Big walk in shower, full size fridge with a mini freezer and large balcony. There is a kettle with mugs in the room but no tea or coffee provided. Aircon was good too! The little interaction we had with the staff was always pleasant . Evening entertainment was great for the kids plus there was bingo which had a surprisingly large jackpot of €700! Decent daytime entertainment too which everyone seemed to get involved in. Pool towels are provided for free with a €10 fee if they aren't returned. Food was basic but nice and quickly replenished.
All in all for what we paid it was great!

Struggle to see where all the 5 star reviews are coming from
An ok hotel, but not 4 star standard in my experience.
Rooms very basic with a kettle, but no tea / coffee etc to actually be able to use the kettle.
Entertainment good during the day and evening.
Bar / waiting staff (not including the restaurant who mostly seemed good) very slow and seem like they would rather be somewhere else. One day waited over 20 minutes for one person to be served coffees!
The pool seems very unhygienic, with a film of oil on the top most days and it needed a good dose of clarifier - my daughter came away with an ear infection.
Pool bar drinks service very limited, so you had to go inside to get a lot of drinks when wet from the pool etc.
Food was very poor, very small selection of not great food, very few GF options, no alternative milks etc.
Air conditioning struggled to get the room cool enough even on the lowest setting.
All in all a little disappointing - having stayed in lots of 4 star hotels I struggled to see where all the 5 star reviews are coming from!

Great 3 generations family holiday
Had a brilliant week. 3 generation family trip. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good entertainment at night and activities during the day. Very impressed with the 3 pool areas. Never had any issues getting together with 7 sun beds. Loads and loads of space, loads of sun beds and canopy’s. No need to queue for the pools opening at 10am. We’re were all inclusive and the food choices were good. Loved it that breakfast was available until 10.45 which meant we Grandi’s could have a lie in and not need to rush. Bed was a bit hard, but just my personnel choice to have soft. Courtesy bus to the beach was really useful, but to be honest not too far to stroll. Defo recommend this hotel.

what a brilliant hotel. absolutely loved our holiday at Eix Lagotel. Very clean hotel, wonderful stuff, great experience again. we was there in 2025 allso. 10 min walk from the beach but if you don't fancy walking, the hotel lay on a shuttle service to the beach & back all day, everyday. fantastic
