This was our 10th visit to this hotel. We absolutely love it there the surroundings the food the rooms are 10 out of 10. The evening entertainment is not very well attended by guests the mosquitoes are a pain at night time too. The staff are very attentive Cati you are amazing as is Maria and Roxanne. The lady chef at breakfast always getting the eggs ready for breakfast all very attentive. Thank again for another wonderful stay and see you all next year.
Amazing hotel location, much quieter than some we’ve stayed at in Alcudia and it definitely has a more relaxed vibe, with easy access to the beach which is beautiful!! The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and the staff are very friendly especially the reception staff - they are very helpful and welcoming. The hotel entertainment is excellent with day time activities around the pool, and early evening shows for younger kids and then later on, for the whole family. The rooms are good, they have everything you need, perhaps they are in need a little upgrade/ refresh - I would of liked more towels and towels to be changed everyday as sand gets on them and they become unusable. We chose half board and found the value for money, for a family of 4 for 1 week amazing. The food options at breakfast are great and the quality is very good. The evening meals were ok - perhaps another station for fresh meat to be cooked as very popular and long queues. The only negative is no free water dispenser in the evening (it was on in the morning) but switched off in the evening so you have to buy water in bottles when you revive table service for drinks. Also The coffee machines are not good, very slow and frustrating with long queues. I’d prefer a fresh pot of coffee and tea in the mornings to be placed on the tables. The swimming pools are great, lots of space and depths, however I’d like to see the life guards be more proactive round the pool and watching over people and young children. Overall we loved our stay , we love playa de muro and hope to come back next year to this hotel.
Very good location. Excelent food. Nice quest expercience ambasador Kasia. Rooms need to bee a little refresh.
very nice family resort with direct access to the beach. Location slightly off but public bus station right in front of the hotel to get to the centre of Alcudia, which is worthwhile to visit. Food was very good with themes every other day. Rooms are huge and convenient with a separate sleeping room. Rooms might need some renovation soon. We stayed 11 days and enjoyed it. Kids club and activities for the kids were great (mainly in spanish, german, some dutch), very friendly staff in general. We can recommend without hesitation.
The location of the hotel is perfect, direct access to the beautiful beach with clear water (when the conditions are right as some days/times there is some seaweed). The rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette which is handy but a glass door into the toilet & shower area is not good for a blended family like ours. The rooms do have air conditioning but it wasn’t cool enough for me but it has been particularly hot this week. Unfortunately the food has seriously let down the rating of my review. When booking I always look at reviews and they seemed positive for here but it’s standard all inclusive and nothing special at all unfortunately. Luke warm dishes with not much flavour and the labelling of dishes is terrible, loads missing or totally wrong so I wouldn’t want to stay here with a food allergy. Repetitive choices and very oriented for the German pallet. Not many British people here at all, mainly Germans so you need to get up early to reserve a good spot for your sun lounges but there are plenty to be fair.
Breakfast starts far too late for me at 8am as my child is already up by 6.30 so that’s a long time to wait for even a cup of coffee! Most hotels will do a continental breakfast only from earlier to cater for the early risers.
The wristbands are useless too, my son is on number 3 already on day 4 and I am on my second. They look pretty but not very practical when they fall off all the time.
The staff are all very polite and helpful though but unfortunately I won’t return as the food is just not good enough with poor quality chewy meats. For some reason as well the Fanta from the pool bar is just not fizzy at all and sugar free! We’re on holiday I want the full sugar version that actually tastes nice!
