This charming hotel with its amazing 1000 m² garden is situated in a quiet location, on a small hill with fine sand beach just paces away. The surrounding area offers plenty of bars, nightclubs and restaurants. Guests are offered a games room, a TV room and a conference room. Dining options include a pool-bar, a cosy bar and a restaurant. The hotel also offers garage for bicycles and a kids club for younger guests. Car parking facilities are available for those arriving by car. All rooms are well equipped. The hotel offers guests use of the swimming pool with an integrated children's pool as well as a sun terrace and a snack bar. In addition, it has an indoor swimming pool, sauna, a steam room and a gym. Different sports options are available for the sports enthusiasts. Both breakfast and lunch and dinner are served in buffet style with show cooking.

I traveled with my two daughters (26 & 11) early August. We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was on the 7th floor, room was lovely and cleaned daily. Beds comfy, and fab air con. Towels provided and it is €10 each for a pool towel (refunded) Hairdryer in the bathroom, and hair and body wash! Fridge in room, but no coffee or tea making facilities. 11 year old wanted to watch TV first thing in the morning however no English Channel. Other reviews state it’s very noisy, this was not our experience. It was so quiet. Accommodation 10/10.
Lift x2 and stairs available. There is a bit of a wait for the lift during peak times.
Safe - have to pay €14 no refundable to rent it. It’s plenty big enough as we kept obviously passports in, but laptops phones and iPads too.
I think the hotel mostly has guests from Germany, we didn’t come across anyone else from the UK whilst we were there. Everyone was super friendly. We regret not learning German, because at times it would have been nice to join in the banter around the pool!
We stayed half board. At breakfast you get your drinks included. Breakfast was really yummy. We didn’t bother with lunch, and then we ate our main meal in the evening. Plenty of choice, different each evening. Drinks are expensive and you’re given a receipt for each purchase (to settle when checking out). On average it’s €3.30 per soft drink. Dinner was amazing, very clean restaurant, staff work really hard (it is appreciated thank you!)
Beach is a 10 minute walk away, it is a lovely beach, fairly vibrant. Lots of bars and clubs around sadly we didn’t get to try them. Loads of shops, jewellery, clothes and restaurants near by.
Weather was fantastic although very hot at 41 degrees!
Airport transfer was about 15 minutes.
Overall a really lovely short break for myself and my daughters. We would absolutely return, we loved it.
The ladies on reception were so kind and helpful also! Reception always smelt beautiful too!

Great timeat Grupotel Orient
Hotel was very good. All air conditioned. Lots of seating inside and out. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied.
Staff were really helpful and friendly, giving advice on where to get bus to Palma. The staff at dinner also enquired after us every evening. There was a really good range of food and desserts. Breakfast also had an excellent range.
It is situated about a 10 minute walk from the beach. On the way back it is hilly which my mum ( in her 70s ) found a little hard in the heat.
The pool area is clean with a large pool. The shallow end is quite deep with water up to waist/ chest height. There is a small very shallow pool also with water at calf height. Pool bar provides some bar snacks also which were tasty.
Overall we thought the hotel was good value and enjoyed our time there.
The other guests were mainly German. There were some French guests and only a very few British. This did not bother us at all.

Hotel is very welcoming, staff amazing, excellent food selection and room very cosy. Really can’t grumble.
Will not be returning
Booked this hotel through TUI firstly because it was in a good location for a venue I was attending, secondly because of the early morning flight times. On arrival at the hotel unable to check in to the room until 15.00, we were able to leave the suitcases in the luggage room & use the toilet to get changed which was annoying as the check-in time is not mentioned in TUI description, we were able to use the hotel facilities. The rooms are good, clean a good sized bathroom with shower & hairdryer also has a small fridge no tea or coffee making facilities in the room,tv which there were some english channels & aircon. We stayed HB there was a reasonable choice of food although some of it did look like it had been sat around for some time stale hard bread & salad that had seen better days but you just avoid eating if it doesn't look good, the dining room does a table service for drinks which is fine but the staff could not understand when I asked for a beer another member of staff came over to our table again I asked for a beer and her reply was ( you pay the bill when you leave ) after 10 minutes finally got a beer. There are some staff in the restaurant that are extremely rude with bad attitudes towards guests I would suggest that customer service training is required also just mention at breakfast again this is table service for tea & coffee as there are signs on the machines that staff only can operate these so you will be waiting some time. TUI also forgets to mention that this hotel is 90% young, drunk & loud groups of German kids. This is not a 4 star hotel so book with caution.

Friendly staff
Perfect hotel, even with my 1 year old daughter, just a few minutes walking to the beach or to the supermarcado. Only downside was the view from the room, facing to the back of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, food was better than in other half pension buffets.
