A great holiday
We had such a lovely stay at the Zafiro Rey Don Jaime and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ot was our first visit to Santa Ponsa, and the location is great.
The staff throughout were absolutely wonderful and really made our holiday special. A particular thank you to the bar and restaurant teams, who were so friendly, welcoming and attentive every day. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile.
The food was delicious throughout our stay, and the cocktails were fantastic too! It was the little touches, great service and genuinely warm atmosphere that made us feel so relaxed and looked after.
We left with some lovely memories and would definitely come back. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️

Nice stay
Lovely hotel very relaxing holiday just what we wanted , the staff were very friendly and the pool area was very clean and plenty sunloungers, nice touch was being able to use the outside restaurant at lunch .food in the main restaurant was varied and plentiful only criticism was most of the plates were cold and the food could have been warmer , the staff in the restaurant were very nice and always pleasant.was a bit disappointed they charged 18 euros to use the indoor pool felt this was a bit expensive , only seen one couple use it throughout our stay not surprised .

Nice hotel, shame about the queue
The location is brilliant, the food, staff, cleanliness and service is very good. I would not return though as you have to queue for the sunbeds in the adult only pool, we queued for 45 mins one morning and still did not get the bali beds, we did get the others but they don't come with a brolly so you have no means of a shade option.

Lovely hotel
A lovely hotel, with comfortable rooms, good facilities and great food. The entertainment staff were good and really inclusive and energetic. I’d happily stay again if back in Santa Ponsa.
