THE VERY BEST! Every little detail has been thought about to make this hotel perfect and completely relaxing!! It’s a four star hotel with five-star decor, ambiance and service. Thank you to the staff member who worked extra hard to make sure we had perfect rooms to suit our family - even though we booked and arrived within a couple of hours! (We had to leave our previous hotel as it didn’t suit us.) This hotel turned our whole holiday around… neurodiverse friendly! 👏 👏 Every staff member has made us feel so welcome. Congratulations on everything you have worked so hard to achieve and sustain here - you’ve enabled us to make memories as a family that I will treasure forever. So please know that all the hard work is worth it! We leave tomorrow but already looking forward to returning! X

We had a fantastic stay at MYND and would absolutely return. We visit Tenerife around three times a year and this was genuinely one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel stays we’ve had.

The staff were exceptional and really made our stay. Naomi on reception was amazing – so professional, friendly and helpful, and really went above and beyond for us. Valeria, our waitress, was equally brilliant and always went the extra mile. Borja was also extremely accommodating and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. The level of service throughout the hotel was excellent.

Our room was modern, stylish and spotlessly clean. It was cleaned every day to an extremely high standard – housekeeping is genuinely 10/10. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and even the cot provided for our baby was probably the best and most comfortable we’ve had during any of our stays in Tenerife.

Breakfast was another real highlight and honestly the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. There was an excellent range and everything felt very high quality, with lots of fresh and local ingredients. There was plenty of choice without it feeling like the usual mass-produced hotel buffet, and the quality was consistently excellent throughout our stay.

There were lots of thoughtful touches too. We really appreciated the welcome gift and drink, the baby bath was incredibly useful, and having free filtered water and ice available was brilliant. We also loved the hotel’s eco-conscious approach.

The pool area was lovely – very clean, safe and well supervised, with plenty of sunbeds. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and, although we were travelling with a baby, we actually liked that it wasn’t overcrowded or hectic with children.

The location is also excellent. It’s within easy reach of the town, beach, shops and bus stops, so getting around was very easy.

If we could suggest anything to make an already excellent hotel even better for families, it would be some access to a small shared kitchenette or food-preparation area, particularly for parents who are weaning babies. A small soft-play area and baby-changing facilities around reception/common areas would also be really useful. That said, we wouldn’t want the hotel to lose its calm atmosphere, which is part of what made it so enjoyable.

MYND feels quite unique compared with many of the hotels in this area – modern, relaxed, environmentally conscious and with genuinely excellent staff and housekeeping.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team, and especially Naomi, Valeria and Borja, for making our stay so memorable!

Beautiful Hotel amazing staff. Lady who booked us in sorry didn't catch your name. We arrived in the evening on the 30th of July. Thank you for making our arrival great. Also shout out to Abrina. So welcoming and extremely helpful. All staff cleaners breakfast staff and bar staff on the roof top were 100% great. Would recomend this hotel to couples who xant a relaxed chilled stay. Lots of livley places to visa 20 to 40 minutes on the bus. Los christinos is a must. Best hotel i have ever stayed. Thank you all.
