A truly magical experience
A truly fairy‑tale stay at Hotel Jardines de Nivaria. Everything was perfect — from the room and its cleanliness to the excellent quality of the food, the evening entertainment and the efficiency of all the services. This hotel fully deserves its five‑star rating. We had a magnificent time and started missing it the very minute we left. I highly recommend staying here: you will definitely not be disappointed, in fact, you’ll be absolutely delighted!

Family of 4. 11 nights . 7-18 August 2026. With two teens .
Having done all the busy family hotels in the past , now the children are older - we wanted a calm , quiet , quality hotel ideally with not too many young children ( only as I’m a teacher ) and where we could relax in peace and go out to eat in a central location .
We got exactly that . On arrival , we were warmly greeted and offered a welcome drink which was wonderful . We had requested two rooms next to each other - a twin and double and that’s what we got . We’d only booked a basic room but got a lovely, side sea view . There’s a bottle of water delivered daily , a lovely fridge . The room is clean and modern and nicely decorated .
You can’t fail to be impressed by the pool area . It’s beautiful - the pools are a warmer salt water and cooler fresh . Very calm - no ball games or inflatables allowed ( strictly enforced ) but pool noodles are fine . Sun beds readily available and no need to worry about getting one . The rule of not reserving is also enforced of a morning - we’d come down and placed towels on some and somebody accused us of using theirs one day - clearly the hotel had lifted their towels as left unattended so we were pleased this was adhered to - signs in lifts and on arrival mentioned .
The terrace area overlooking the sea and resort was a wonderful area to sunbathe . The sun beds are probably the most comfortable we’ve ever sat on . You melt into them . Two pool towels given per person . The yellow one tucks into the mattress so you don’t even need towel clips to secure it ! Such a simple but amazing idea
Breakfast was gorgeous . You can be inside or out . Food regularly replenished and there’s a wonderful selection of quality food .
The hotel is elegant inside . The service is wonderful . The toilets around hotel modern and spotless . The morning before you leave you can request a courtesy room for 45 mins - I think there’s 3. We didn’t have towels in one of the two we were offered so do check this !
Wifi around the sun loungers around pool is quite weak . Better on the terrace area .
The hotel has a lift down to the resort . We loved the fact we were right in the resort and had plenty of walks around . It’s more pleasing to look at if you go right out of the lift bit to lovely areas . Plenty of eateries in the resort and great beach bars . Only twenty mins to airport too .
A wonderful hotel . Calm , beautiful and surpassed expectations. Live music by pool once a week was nice . Otherwise just the sound of the waterfalls .

Luxury
By far, the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Cleanliness was superb across the whole hotel. Every member of staff, from the housekeeping to main reception, was friendly, saying hello and going over and above to make our stay wonderful. The pools were gorgeous, a freshwater pool and a heated saltwater pool. We also loved that pool towels were provided for the comfortable loungers and that sunbed reserving in the mornings is NOT ALLOWED! Pool towels on sunbeds are removed if placed early and not used. There were always plenty of sunbeds at any time of day so there's no need to reserve anyway.
The buffet breakfasts are gorgeous with a wide variety to suit everyone's tastes.
It was really useful too to be able to access the hotel app through the room TV as well as on my phone to keep track of evening entertainment, our bar spending totals and lots of other hotel information.
On our last day, we were unable to extend our room due to the hotel being fully booked but instead they offered to keep our cases safely locked away so we could enjoy the pool for the day and then use the courtesy room to freshen up/ shower for an hour free of charge. This was great knowing that we had a late departure.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. There aren't kids clubs or aqua aerobics or loud music blasted throughout the day, but if you want a genuinely quiet, relaxing and luxurious holiday, you can't beat this hotel. With numerous bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk and several beaches in your doorstep, what more could anyone want? Thank you, Jardine de Nivaria, we'll be back!
Amazing holiday
Wonderful hotel, great location, clean room every day. Nice atmosphere, great amenities , noise level was nonexistent. Service and staff were excellent from the minute you arrived at the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel itself was beautiful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every little detail was taken care of. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, making the whole experience feel relaxed and special.
We genuinely couldn’t fault our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.We will definitely be back!
