This charming complex is situated in a quiet location in the centre of Costa Adeje. The sprawling beach and the promenade, with its many shopping and entertainment venues, lie not far from the property. The bus station is 100 m from the complex, and the Magma Art and Congress Centre is just 50 m away. This hotel is composed of a 9-storey building with a total of 102 studios and 39 apartments. The welcoming rooms all feature an en- suite bathroom, a kitchenette and balcony as standard. The complex offers the use of a freshwater swimming pool, with an area for kids, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests can play beach volleyball, billiards and table tennis on-site.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We were a bit apprehensive when we were dropped off at the back entrance, as the exterior really doesn't do the interior justice. However, once inside, we were blown away. The location is unbeatable—just a stone's throw from the beach, shops, and nightlife.
Inside, the hotel boasts lovely, modern seating areas that are immaculately clean and never feel overcrowded.
Though we typically travel All-Inclusive, food can often get repetitive. That was definitely not the case here! My husband is a chef lecturer, so he’s notoriously tough to impress, but he was thoroughly delighted by the incredible variety and quality of the dishes. In fact, the food was so good we didn't even bother eating out.
Our room was absolutely stunning—modern, bright, and equipped with a handy kitchen area and a beautiful bathroom. The balcony offered a gorgeous view overlooking the pool, the cactus garden, and the sea in the distance. Since all rooms face the rear of the property, you're guaranteed a wonderful, scenic view no matter where you stay.
The hotel features a lovely main pool, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, the ocean-view roof terrace is stunning. It was virtually empty during our stay, giving us our own private paradise. For active travellers, the facilities are top-notch—a fully air-conditioned gym, dedicated exercise spaces, and daily fitness classes make it easy to balance relaxation with staying fit.
Lastly, I can’t say enough about the staff. From housekeeping—who kept our room utterly immaculate every single day—to the reception team, restaurant and bar teams, the customer service was outstanding across the board. You can tell the employees are genuinely happy in their work, which creates such a warm, welcoming environment.
I’ve already checked to see if we could book for March, but sadly, it seems the secret is out and everyone else has discovered this little gem too!
Sunprime, your staff are a true credit to your brand. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

We have just go back after spending 10 days, this was first adults only holiday ( family with 17y & 19y) 100% would come back, if you're looking for a calm environment, little entertainment every night was someone different singing but finished by 9:30/10pm, you don't need to rush to get sunbeds more than enough, few mintues walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants 😊 . We went all inclusive. The hotel was always spotless everywhere you went, all staff very friendly, helpful and very welcoming and some very funny, especially the barman 😊. This was a smaller hotel then we are use too and the food choices were good but on a smaller scale, sometimes not as hot but they did have a microwave you could heat it up. Snacks were limited too, you could help yourself to soft drinks, beer and sangria without having to ask, that was really good. The pool was perfect but near the end of our break it could have done with the pool lifeguard to clean off the top as it started looking a bit unless clean. One of the lifeguard was really good and did do this but others just sat. The rooms were very nice, clean and everything you needed, lovely view could see the sea, stunning sunset views too. Bed were comfortable sockets close to the bed, use of a digital safe which you put your own code in, first time I have ever not needed to pay to use one.this was free to use. Rooms were cleaned every day if you wanted and they spent a long time cleaning, not just a quick wipe, very impressive, you get shower towels and grey pool towels which you can get clean ones very day. Reception very helpful organised taxis. Only looked but they had a good gym, can't comment on the spa, we didnt use it Only small negatives were bar closes at 11, would have been nice to have something different for evening entertainment not just singers . Bus station over the road so could hear them sometimes whilst they reversed. When we got dropped off it was at the back entrance, no sign on the closed gate so didnt really know if that was our hotel. Our all inclusive finished at 12. We weren't getting collected till 3pm so had to go buy lunch. Also it can get very slippery around the pool so be careful
My daughter and partner arrive today - to be told no air conditioning gave them a make shift air con unit that they need to keep filter outside balcony door which needs to be kept open all the time - they will not give them a room with air con and very unhelpful staff so disappointed and extremely upset - this is not just a worry but my daughters anxiety is now through the roof feeling very unsafe and in a very hot room !! highly do not recommend this hotel
We had the most beautiful stay here for our first all inclusive holiday away as a couple. Isabel is a credit to this place, kind, funny and so hard working. The food was lovely and varied and changed each night but also had pizzas and chips etc for people who felt a little less adventurous. The all inclusive drink selection had cocktails, local spirits and any mixer but had to pay more for usual uk branded spirits etc. Not an issue for us but nice to know. Enough pool space and no fighting for sun beds which was nice. The hotel was modern with comfy beds although we did get two singles it was nice to get some space from my partner and my own duvet 🤣, powerful showers. The house keepers came every day and were brilliant and kind when you saw them leaving the rooms spotless. Ours even washed one of my dresses that was a little worse for wear after a night out. Located right in the middle of Adeje and Las Americas so a 5/10 minute walk to either which was really convenient. The entertainment ran from 8pm to 10pm but if you are in your room the door blocked most of the noise and was easy to sleep with minimal noise. The hotel is non smoking and vaping but they do have a smoking section at the back so the hotel is clean and you get away from the smell. Just an absolute amazing holiday and experience. Thank you
Do not spend your money in the Spa, I got a pedicure by a man that has probably never done one, didn't speak english and tried to rasp a plaster of my foot...with dirty tools from a dirty cupboard (yes i could see in it as I sat in the chair) ....i didn't want to tell because this guy was trying his best in doing something he hadn't done before obviously....that cost me 70 Euros.... Breakfast room was very tight, staff yelling to get away from them because you were in the way...well one tall woman in the staff was very rude. Cleanliness was ok but o my god, smelled so toxic...used heavy heavy chlorine smelling soaps....not ecofriendly. First thing I noticed when entering the bedroom were fingerprints on the headboard, more like handprints....not very nice. Do not order the pizza there, we wanted take away and the hotel takeaway site doesn't work so we got downstairs and ordered one and that was the most disgusting pizza i have gotten, probably something from the freezer soiled with cheap oil. There were always available sunbeds and a nice garden but they played constant AI music I think....torture. Will never go there again although people are probably trying their best. This hotel is more like a 2 star, it is clean, newly furnished that's it! Badly situated, loud noices from a glass or a trash company can be heard every morning in the sunbathing area. The lobby staff are ok, but this hotel is one of the worst I've tryed there, and costs about the same as for exc. Hotel Tivoli in La Calete which is a luxury resort.....go there instead of this! I am being real.
