The location is very good and the Atmosphere is nice Ismael is very nice man is a lovely man at the activities with the watersports and is a good man and ismael is the best animator in the world The rooms are very clean

ISMA!!!!! 10/10 funniest most lovely entertainer always listening to us and what would be the best,, water polo,, water basket ball,, bingo,, general knowledge everything was amazing thanks to him the best guy ever!! we hope to see him again next time we come!!

8 night family holiday
Just recently returned from an 8 night stay at this hotel. Location was very good, close to the shopping centre and several restaurants/bars. Only a 10 minute walk down to the seafront/centre. Pools were clean and decent sizes. Pint at the pool 3.50 which is reasonable for hotel prices. One big problem was we was given a room with no air conditioning and when we asked for one with air conditioning there wasnt one available so sleeping at night was a problem due to the heat. Room could do with modernisation but was a good size. Overall a nice stay besides the air con situation.
