Not a 4 star hotel
This is a genuine honest review. Really disappointing stay at this hotel…. We paid £1100pp for a week to stay in a mouldy, leaky bedroom that was riddled with little bugs. You could always smell cannabis whilst on your balcony or when your were walking to the pool…. Even the children’s pool. The food was very basic but edible.
The hotel seems to attract all ages but I got the impression it was popular by a lot of elderly people who for some reason turn their noses up at children. I witnessed an older group of people tell a young boy of for crying whilst in the dinner hall. By telling him to shhhhhhhhhh and shout in a foreign language. I was absolutely flabbergasted, but all week I had noticed it by other older people and got the impression they didn’t seem to like the idea of kids at the hotel? Not sure why they wouldn’t book an adults only hotel instead of a “family hotel” so I would bear this in mind if you wanted to bring your children here.
I genuinely believe that this hotel is more of a 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star hotel.
The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff were so friendly and polite.
We definitely would not return to this hotel.
Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel, very clean, lovely staff! We will be back!! Fantastic atmosphere throughout the hotel and pool areas for the 4 nights we stayed (26-30 Sep). We came on a B&B deal and have no complaints about the food, lots to choose from (and I am a fussy eater). Drinks are very reasonably priced at the bars day and night! Room was a very good size and spotless! Lots of places to eat nearby if you don't choose FB or AI
Exellent stay
Our 10th year here. FANTASTIC stay again. Staff .food. hotel. No complaints. Everyone here from scotland at the moment all say exellent. Already to book for 2027. Who ever put up the bad reveiws must nuts . Never had any complaint in any of our visits. Rained for a day and a half. It was welcome . Cleared the air. Will miss the chocolate cake 😋😋. Yet again to the staff and cleaners our room was always spotless thank you for our stay. See you next year 🥰

In desperate need of an update and new chef
This hotel is crying out for an update , it’s tired , our room had one electric socket in the bedroom Not good , they had no extractor fan in the bathroom . You have to get in the bath to have a shower , again not good . They have a lot of older visitors staying who will struggle to get into a bath to have a shower . Yes they have grab handles but still outdated for the clientele they attract . The staff are excellent. The cleanliness’s is superb you could not wish for more . However, the food is poor , they need to invest in a chef that has an imagination it was dreadful . The entertainment very good . Would we stay here again maybe at a push but bed and breakfast only not all inclusive and the main reason the food and drinks not up to a high standard .

i have the best time at this hotel i have been twice now. the staff are excellent make you feel very welcome. my room was cleaned every day love this hotel gf fanabe see you next year.
