First visit to this hotel, great hotel good size rooms, everyone very friendly, the sunbed situation is entertaining watching the guy taking the towels away, we never had any issues, had breakfast then went for beds always got beds we wanted, did see people sat there from 6am saving a large number of beds for other people. Entertainment gang were very good, we joined in to all activities like other families and made lots of friends, shows in the evening were good, food was excellent , service very good, we also went upstairs to the adult area nice and relaxing never got busy, if you go out to the beach make sure you prepare yourself for the uphill climb on the way back.

Great location, short walk to shops, bars and the beach. Excellent hotel, rooms good size, very clean, no noise from other rooms or outside, maid came every day. Staff were friendly and polite. Pool area really good, 2 family pools with enough sun beds no sun bed wars. Adult pool had loads too but didn’t visit it as travelling as a family. Pool towels provided and able to change every day and throughout if needed. Great atmosphere on the evening with good entertainment, table service for drinks and full size glasses (unusual for all inclusive) Food was amazing, big variety and something new every day, as well as home comforts for those picky eaters. Great value for the money, labelled 4 star and would definitely agree with that.

We spent 10 nights here and all wanted to stay longer, we were 4 families and had booked 5 rooms and the hotel really accommodated our room requests on arrival.
The hotel is in a good location, supermarket and local bars and restaurants all just outside the hotel, everything else, beach / more bars and restaurants were within a 10 minute walking distance. Short Taxi ride to playa de Las americas and Los Cristianos, it is walkable apparently but we didn't try it. The hotel was very clean , room cleaned daily, towels changed daily, beds changed at our request using a card left on the bed and the cleaners were lovely and polite. Breakfast excellent choice. Sun loungers around the main pool was a bit of an issue as people sat on beds from 6AM , we usually got beds though around the smaller pool at the back and the roof top area had beds but the pools are just small plunge type pools, it was nice up there though with a bar. Entertainment was fine, what you expect from hotel shows. The only downside was there was a lack of seating so we would go out for food and there were no seats on return, so ended up sitting on loungers but then did not really get any waiter service, but we were not allowed to order at the bar ,one evening after we had been waiting 40 minutes for our drink order to be taken , I went to the bar and the man pouring drinks started flicking his hands at me telling me to sit down, when I explained how long we were waiting he just just starting holding up lots of order receipts at me , showing he was busy and again told me to go , which I think is poor and did let down our evenings slightly. We had rooms with pool view and did not find it noisy once the entertainment finished. We booked this hotel well over a year in advance and it was very good value for B&B , we did look to rebook for 2027 and it's more expensive and we did find that they only have room only basis , the 2 families with us found them a bit small with 2 travel cots in one room with them and need to have a kitchen area as there was nowhere to prepare bottles etc and also would like a 1 bedroom so they can put the children to bed so for this reason we have opted for the GF Isabel instead for next year as we enjoyed the area so much. But would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it .
