We will stay again!
What a wonderful hotel to base our holiday from. The area is fantastic with direct access to the shops and a great sandy beach. The hotel itself has great amenities and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We booked jet skiing and Parasending through the Tui reps based within the hotel. We had a suite which was exceptional. We will definitely stay again.
5 star experience
We stayed at the Guayarmina Princess in Tenerife for 10 days and had a wonderful holiday.
We booked the Platinum All Inclusive package, and we really enjoyed the extra benefits that came with it. The food was excellent, varied and always served hot, with plenty of choice throughout our stay. The evening entertainment was also very enjoyable and gave us something fun to look forward to every night.
Our room was clean, spacious and bright, which made our stay very comfortable. The only small downside was that the minibar was not refilled for free. We are used to this being included in other hotels, especially with an all-inclusive package.
The location of the hotel is fantastic. There is an exit at the back of the hotel that takes you straight onto the boulevard and the beach. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance, so there is always something to do outside the hotel as well.
It was also very convenient that excursions could be booked directly at the hotel. Another feature we really appreciated was being able to reserve sun loungers and Bali beds through the hotel app. No early-morning rush and, thankfully, no need to put a towel down to claim a lounger!
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and really enjoyed our 10-day stay at the Guayarmina Princess. We would happily come back!
Fabulous time
Our 2nd visit. From the moment you walk in to the day you leave, nothing is too much trouble. We upgraded to Platinum, had our own infinity pool and restaurant which was wonderful, even better you can book and reserve a sunbed without leaving your room. We ate in all restaurants, the food was varied and a big choice of everything. Our room was lovely, had a Seaview which I love. Beds so comfy you have to be pulled out of it for breakfast. The staff in all restaurants,bars and in general were brilliant, nothing to much trouble. One little niggle,our air-conditioning wasn't working and had to call maintenance 3 times,each time someone was with us in 15 minutes. We had a fabulous time and after a very rough year was very much needed. Will definitely be returning again hopefully soon,thank you so much.
